Detta stora tre våningar fristående hus ligger på 1/3 tunnland bara 200 meter från den vackra Mexikanska golfen med fri utsikt. Det stora rummet med stort modernt kök, vardagsrum och matplatser har 20 fot höga Cypress-tak och en stor fönstervägg med panoramautsikt över viken.

Med utsikt över det stora rummet finns en sovloft med king size-säng och ett halvt badrum toppat med en kupol som ger rikligt med ljus.

Den rymliga huvudnivån Master Bedroom Suite med king size-säng har lönngolv, 9 "högt steg tak och franska dörrar som öppnar mot det bakre däck med utsikt över viken och vår privata 20 'x 40' Gunite pool. Det finns en badtunna utanför detta sovrum. Master Bath förbättras av en två-personers bubbelbadkar, dubbelt handfat, privat rum och en 5'x8 'dusch med 3 duschhuvuden, 4 kroppssprutor och en bänk - fantastiskt!

Ett annat sovrum har en queen size-säng och privat sida vid sida med badkar med glasdörrdusch. Det tredje sovrummet på huvudnivån har en queen size-säng och bredvid ett komplett badrum med dusch över badkaret.

Den 850 kvadratmeter lägre nivån inkluderar ytterligare ett stort sovrum med king size-säng, klädkammare, franska dörrar som leder till uteplatsen och poolen. Det finns ett badrum med stor sida vid sida med dusch med bänk. Det finns också ett andra kök med mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, fransk dörrkylskåp och vinfrig, (ingen spis / ugn). Det mysiga vardagsrummet har en 57 'HD-TV, Wii, sittplatser och en bäddsoffa. Den här nivån är perfekt för mor- och farföräldrar eller de som inte kan klättra trappor.

Det finns ett anpassat geotermiskt centralt HVAC-system för din komfort. Poolen är omgiven av en tegelterrass. Under däck är uteplatsen skuggad och perfekt för avkoppling. Resten av gården är din egen privata sandlåda. Barnen älskar det! Var dock försiktig så att du inte kastar sand eller skal i poolen! Det finns en utomhusdusch på uteplatsen. Just lagt till en sandvolleyboll / badmintonbana!

Celebration of Life

The house was big enough so the 12 - 14 weren't on top of each other. The location was close enough to the beach and the pool was a great amenity for when we didn't go to the beach. The house isn't really in walking distance to the main attractions but that was fine for us since this trip was all about just being with family. We did utilize Island Breeze Carts (850-565-9532) when we needed to get somewhere which was nice.

Fun spring break stay

The house was a perfect fit for our crew. The downstairs space was perfect for the kids to stay in and be by themselves. Walking distance to the fabulous beach and more than enough room for us all to have a bed and our own space.

Termite Infestation

Termites swarming, coming out of holes in walls in several rooms. The owner came over ASAP and was very apologetic (Formosa termites are widespread serious problem in the area); immediately setting to work cleaning up and putting out pesticide. We were not able to stay in the house and he worked with us and VRBO to process the cancellation and refund expeditiously.

A great family vacation

My family and I enjoyed our trip immensely. The house was large enough so we all had our own bedroom and bathroom, and that was a great plus. The location to the beach was awesome too; only a few minutes walk. The pool was a wonderful way to relax after the beach too. There were plenty of floats, chairs, and toys at the house to use. We love this area and come back every year. This house is a great price for everything that is included. Highly recommend.

Beach vacay

Nice 5 bedroom, easy walk to beach and great pool. Owner responded fairly promptly to issues. Home has everything needed for a family stay including toys and a toddler bed. WiFi was not reliable so just plan on using your mobile hotspot. We would stay in this home again.

Perfect Place

If you are looking for a place to stay with friends and family, this is a great place. It’s walking distance to the beach, has a nice pool, and all the stuff you would need for everyone in the family. It’s a beautiful home and the owner was quick to respond when an issue came up. Seriously felt like a home away from home

Friend reunion

Our experience was amazing. The property was clean, spacious, and the perfect location! Everything we needed utensil wise for the evenings we wanted to cook was there, the pool and the hot tub were 100% clean, and it was just perfect. Our friend group had our semi annual reunion here and it couldn’t have been a more perfect place.

Awesome vacation home, perfect location

Lovely home with tons of room for everyone, perfect location just a short walk out back and you are on the beach which was never crowded all week!! Large private pool right in the back yard for family fun, volleyball on the side of the house, gas grill on the deck. The trolley stop is just one block up the street we used it a lot instead of driving everywhere in the evenings!! The home itself is lovely, and very comfy. The host Tim is a great guy who goes out of his way to make sure your vacation is a great one!! We will be back yearly, thank you again Tim!!

This rental is better than the pictures

They are replacing the deck and it looks very nice, and the rest of the home is better than inspected from the pictures. The master suite is enormous and all showers, especially the master are GORGEOUS. The pool deep end is 6 feet which is hard to find. The pool was sooo much fun. We could just push the gate and go down the path to the beautiful white sand beach of the Gulf.

The house was perfect size for our bunch. Everyone had their own space. The pool was used more than any of us thought it would. The owner was very easy to work with! It is a little bit farther down than we typically do but with use of trolley and golf carts it was perfect.

great beach trip

The house was in a good location, close walk to the beach. There were many things in disrepair in the home, a long list, not sure if I should list here? We did not call for repairs because we did not want our vacation interrupted, but I would not stay at this property again.

Great location and home

This was the perfect house for our family of 14, ages 5 months to 70. It was spacious and well-stocked. The pool was a really big hit as it was so hot the week we were there. The central air conditioning went out, and Tim brought in 4 window air conditioners within 24 hours, so we were comfortable. We so appreciated his quickness in responding to this need. Our family hopes to return someday.

Beautiful home at the beach

What a lovely home- enjoyed the beautiful great room- dining room living room kitchen with elevated ceilings and large windows- so much light. Kitchen well-stocked, plenty of towels everything we needed.Beds comfy. Plenty of hot water. Conveniently close to the Gulf too- we loved that! We loved the hot tub and enjoyed the huge pool., the deck is nice but will need updates in the future ( replace rails- they are secure but wobbly). Tim was quick to respond to any concerns we had. Thank you for a great stay!

So close to the beach

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay! It had most of the confronts of home. It had great bathrooms and showers and the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a definite bonus. It was a perfect short walk to the beach for all that stayed. We were outside most of the time with great weather. We just wished there were better cushions or padding for the outdoor furniture. Lastly, the cleaning fee should be included in the rental payment. Shouldn’t have to worry about leaving cash or a check at the end of our stay. However, overall we would definitely rent again!!

P'Cola beach vacation spot

The location of the house to the beach was excellent. Layout of the house and the pool were good. House was infested with "swarmers" (flying termites) and saw a few huge cockroaches during our week. Hot tub was leaking as wood beneath is very wet. Nails on decking are sticking up. Most of the bikes had flat tires. Advertised volleyball/badmitton but equipment not there.

We were not completely impressed with our stay. We ran into a couple of unforeseen issues (ex. Termite infestation, owner unresponsive for 12-24 hours two different times when we had major problems, AC went out in lower level. After most of the time had passed he offered to come fix, both times were late at night. We were majority inconvenienced. We were reimbursed only for one night and the cleaning fee. But most of our time there was spent uncomfortable and cleaning. The house is in need of repairs and upkeep that has been bandaged together. Splinter from decking handrail, no handrails in pool for kids and older adults to get out. Black mold in wood under leaking hot tub. Algae in pool that we had to clean ourselves. We believe good intentions are there, but our expectations and the experience were very let down.

Great location, house is spacious but dated, worn out and maybe not safe.

Several fairly major issues with property - Furnishings, carpet, paint, etc is dated and in need of updating and repair. Kitchen- old dishes and cookware, none of the food storage containers and lids match. Listing accuracy- the loft bathroom door had a note “Out of Order” and based on the paper it’s been like that a long time. I dont think there is an HVAC system, the house never cooled when thermostat was adjusted, there are several window units we used but I could never located any HVAC mechanicals. The listing references a geothermal system but again I could not locate any mechanicals. The ceiling in the lower level unit living area had a leak from the ceiling, ceiling fan was flinging water around. Exterior is in poor condition, the deck boards are in bad shape, doesnt really look/feel safe. The volleyball court is overgrown with grass and not usable. Safety- as mentioned in the check-in instructions the garage doors are in manual mode, you can just pull up the door and enter garage and house if the door isn’t locked from garage. Close to beach, nice view and dog friendly however!

Hi, I'm Tim and I came from NJ to Pensacola in 2005 to work at a radio station and discovered the beach! This house was about to go into foreclosure due to damage from Hurricane Ivan. The first project was to raise half the house to construct an ICF foundation and remodel everything. The goal has been to use construction materials that will stand up to wind and water. Then a beautiful custom shaped 40' x 20' gunite pool was installed and is the largest private pool on the beach. The house is fully furnished with all the amenities and is your home away from home during your stay!

The beaches maintain their pristine and beautiful qualities.

Pensacola has over 300 sunny days per year. The house is light, bright and airy. Biking is great on the quiet roads, taking a slow look around at the changing landscape. Walking on the beach is pure pleasure. You can make sand castles with your children or grandchildren on the beach or in the yard and then cool off in the sparkling pool (after using the outdoor shower). Relax in the hot tub in the evening or take in a movie from one of the 3 large screen TVs or just laze around on the deck or pool patio having great conversations with friends and family. You will never forget the memories of your days on the beach.
