Welcome to our SSI dream come true! As you walk into the front door you will find a small den with full size sleeper sofa and television. Stroll on up to the main level and an open floor plan awaits you. Soaring ceilings, kitchen, dining, living room, 1/2 bath and huge master suite. Enjoy screened porch for relaxing and large front porch for taking in marsh views. Upstairs bedroom #1 has a queen size bed. Bedroom #2 has a twin over full bunk bed. Garage features recreation area with ping pong table, corn hole, and ladder ball. House is stocked with anything you'd want from cookware to board games, and a TV in every bedroom. Perfect mid-island location leaves you minutes from all SSI has to offer.

Beautiful and clean house!

Everything as advertised and more. Beautifully decorated house with all the amenities we could ask for. TV in every room. House is centrally located and close to everything including several restaurants and a grocery store.

Great Little Weekend Stay

Close to several restaurants and market. It a bad drive to the beach. Clean and well furnished and a great place to stay on St Simmons.

Everything was great. Only thing I would change is window covering on the front door due to that can also be used as a sleeping spot.

Sea Island Stay

Overall the stay was good. Location and house in general was great. However, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling in the Master downstairs and the listing said four bedroom. We only saw three bedrooms with four beds. Also, checking in was a bit off when I had to track down the manager to send the door code for us to check-in to the spot. Apart from that everything was great

House was nicer than expected. For the host: door knob should be fixed. Loose and a bit tricky. Not a safety issue. Please add a few tissue boxes 😉

Gorgeous home!

We had an extremely pleasant stay at Heron Haven. The home had some beautiful touches inside and everything was immaculately clean. Our host, Dani, did a great job of communicating in a quick manner. This property is close to Jekyll Island so you can get there quickly to relax. Downstairs, the garage has been converted to a play area with a ping pong table, cornhole, and ladder ball. My young sons practically lived there. The beds were comfortable and we had an excellent experience overall. I would recommend this property to anyone.

St. Simonds Island

My family and I enjoyed are stay. The property was located approximately in the middle of the island making it perfect to explore the entire island. The property was well maintained and offered plenty of room for me, my daughter, my brother and parents. The host was easy to get a hold of and responded promptly. The only thing I would of changed about our stay was the beds. Two of the four beds available at the property were very, very soft and offered little to know support. They were very uncomfortable.

Wonderful property on St. Simons

Lovely property, great location, walkable community. The check-in process was a little tricky. We had a difficult time with the lock box. I called and messaged the online property manager and did not get a reply. A quick prayer and 2 people attempting the lock later and we were successful. The house was beautiful, clean with enough space for all 6 of us. The amenities were nice and we appreciated the sweet treats in the freezer. Lots of cleaning supplies and cleaning tools available. The garage basement activities were fun and engaging for the teenagers. This property was wonderful overall.

DESTINATION WEDDING

This house was absolutely perfect for our family during our daughter’s wedding. We enjoyed meals and beach time leading up to the wedding. The basement was an added bonus giving so much space for all the extras that come with an out of town wedding. It was a great place to keep flowers and other wedding accessories. We had the most dreamy day of wedding prep complete with a trolley ride to the venue. The master bedroom was particularly comfy for me as the mother of the bride! I had room for all our clothes and a quite place to retreat to as well. We enjoyed gathering on the porches for coffee and had our late night bites around the coffee table. The host answered my calls and was quick to help in every way. Beautiful decor and a cozy home away from home. Could not have asked for more. ♄

Fun Family Getaway

The property is newly renovated and beautifully decorated. There were 3 bedrooms that were clean and comfortable. The owners were very easy to contact and accommodating. We were conveniently located near a grocery store and other activities. Our family enjoyed playing ping pong and watching movies together. It was a great property!!!

We will be back

We loved the property. New updated home, clean, well equipped. For a family of 4 we had all the space we needed. Our children loved the games in the living room and garage on one rainy day. We come to St Simons frequently and will definitely be coming back.

St. Simmons Stay

We had a great stay in St. Simmons. House was perfectly located, plenty of parking, and ample space throughout the living areas. Everything was within a 5-10 minute drive including plenty of restaurants and beaches. Kids loved the game room and the house was decorated nicely and kept clean. The street was quite as there are only a few houses on the block. Host answered all of our questions very quickly and provided some good advice on restaurants and things to do on the island. Overall a great stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The locations is perfect - close to everything! The house had everything we needed. The game room on the first floor is perfect for kids and adults. Highly recommend and we will stay here again!

We need more space than 2 hotel rooms would provide and this house was perfect. The house felt spacious, was comfy and inviting. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house!

Perfect home for our family getaway !

Great location on the Island, beds very comfortable and the kitchen had more than we needed
a big thank you to the previous guests for leaving us tons of water bottles and condiments! We left 4 kiddie kites in the basement for the next family to use . We never got around to using them. ❀

This place was wonderful! It was clean and had all the amenities of a home.

The garage area with games and ping pong table were a pleasant surprise. On rainy days our family played those games, along with monopoly. The home was wonderful and I would definitely recommend it and I look forward to making another visit there.

Hailing from Gainesville, GA we are the Burn's family! We love St. Simons and all it's charm. Having a home on this lovely island is a dream come true for us.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We love Glen Haven! It's mid-island location is close to all St. Simons has to offer. We are close to the beach AND the Hampton River for fishing. We enjoy golfing at Sea Palms, eating ice cream on the pier, and biking all over the island.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our home has a focus on family! We have 5 children and adding a game room was the first thing we did when we purchased the home. The ping pong table, ladder ball, and corn hole have kept them occupied for hours.
