POINT B EXCLUSIVE - This newly-built Modern Farmhouse is tucked away in a quiet and centrally located neighborhood in Oak Bluffs.
The first floor features an open floor plan with Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area has seating with large screen TV. The nicely equipped Chef's Kitchen has center prep island/breakfast bar, stainless appliances, and quartz counters.
All three Bedrooms have private en suite baths. There are two Primary Bedrooms, both with deluxe baths. One is located on the first floor, and the other is upstairs, and features its own private sun deck.
The outdoor spaces include the front farmer's porch, plus a back deck and patio that opens off the living spaces, for outdoor dining and grilling. From its convenient central location, the Arts District and downtown Oak Bluffs are a quick bike or car ride away.
