The Space:
The house features a cozy living room with a natural gas fireplace for enjoying in the evening time. During the day there's a plethora of good-vibe natural light dancing off the walls to make everyone feel warm and welcome. This lovely living room atmosphere leads to a balcony with the best possible views one could possibly dream of- complete with a barbeque and dining table with ample seating. Near the balcony entrance, a charming love seat is positioned to create a reading chair area for cuddling up with a favorite book, or for simply enjoying the views. The indoor dining area and bar seating area serves to create an open concept space connecting the vaulted ceiling living room to a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee station & complimentary coffee as well (A drip coffee, as well as a Keurig machine, is provided). Behind the kitchen, you'll find a game room common space for everyone to enjoy. Inside you'll find a classic Pac-Man arcade game, Foosball game, and a 65 inch flat-screen TV with a comfortable sofa sleeper and double chair to enjoy the fun!

Headed downstairs you'll find a complimentary laundry station along with all three of the house's bedrooms, with the following layout:

Master Bedroom offers King bed with en-suite (private bathroom) and a TV
Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed with a TV
Bedroom 3 offers a Single bed and a Double bed.
Both upstairs common areas (living room + game room) offer Queen sofa sleepers.

We also have a pack n play for babies!

Located within walking distance to hiking trails, local shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and even one of the most popular vortex locations in Sedona on Airport Rd.
