Vår lägenhet ligger i den vackra South Mission Beach, bara några steg från Stilla havet eller bukten. Nytt för den årliga semesteruthyrningen och har den BÄSTA platsen. Tyst domstol, som ligger 2 gator söder förbi Belmont-parken, en nära promenad till restauranger, butiker och nöjespark. Semesterfirare älskar vår plats. Mycket öppen planlösning för att koppla av, grilla och njuta efter din roliga dag! 3 platt-TV med kabelkanaler och On Demand. Smart TV i familjerummet, där du kan njuta av Netflix och Amazon Prime. Det finns en kung i befälhavaren, en kung i det andra sovrummet och 2 tvillingar i det tredje sovrummet. En ny futon i full storlek är i familjerummet för extra gäster. Kök, familjerum öppet med en hopfällbar dörr till däck, det är ett trevligt stort rum att samlas efter en dag på stranden eller sightseeing!

Vi har allt du behöver för stranden, cyklar, boogiebrädor, solstolar och parasoller!

Det är också några steg från Belmont Park, med en historisk, fungerande berg-och dalbana, åkattraktioner, restauranger och affärer. Vår familjeägda lägenhet är prisvärd, rymlig och mycket trevlig. Sover 6-8. Ligger på 744 Ensenada Court. Det är lägenhetens andra och tredje våning.

Location is the best part

The location was fantastic. For the price, the condo was just okay - the house rules almost made it seem that it was an imposition to have us there. Communication was very delayed; I sent a request when I booked and never did hear back. Then a message asking how our stay was going arrived after we had checked out.

Great location!

The location was really nice. Just a couple minute walk and you’re at the beach, the bay or Belmont park. It was spacious and had plenty of room. Smooth check in. I would stay here again.

Great location great value!

A perfect location for family vacation with teen aged kids. Walk to beach or Belmont Park. Plenty of activities near by to keep everyone entertained.

Amazing Stay!

We had an absolutely amazing day at the verbal rental in San Diego. From the moment we arrive. Everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully decorating, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay one of the best parts is the beach was just steps away and being able to access the beach and walking to San and just made this trip unforgettable.

Safe and convenient location

We had a great time at this property on our family vacation! It was a little tricky, figuring out how to get in initially. But once we figured that out it was all good! There was plenty of blankets, towels, beach towels and toiletries. There was tons of beach toys and games, beach chairs, and bikes a plenty too (although we didn’t utilize the bikes) the only possible issue we had was when we tried to light the bbq on the patio. It was hard to light and while we were trying to light it the whole patio smelled like propane so bad. We use grills to cook a lot so I don’t think it was a user error. But it worked out anyway, we just walked down to the beach and got some dinner out. This house was so close to Belmont Park and the beach. It was so awesome to be so close to everything and we didn’t have to fuss with parking. The rooms were exactly as described! Two kings and two twin beds. The living room was comfy and they had lots of channels. The kitchen had a lot of dishes but make sure to bring your own K Cups! We were very pleased with our stay. Also the host reached out and was very communicative before we even got there. Thank you for having us at your beautiful beach house!

Perfect for our weekend getaway

This location was ideal. Steps from the beach and we enjoyed the bikes available to explore up the boardwalk. This home has a lot of space and was very comfortable. I would recommend this location and host.

Family time in California

Great location! Have bikes and beach equipment to use. The home is good forms f we days and that’s about it. The bedroom upstairs lacks privacy but we figured and the bedroom is what I believe is a converted patio..we didnt use that room… it was great that they let us check in earlier! That was fabulous! The beds were ok… the upstairs frame is a bit squeaky and annoying… the provided shampoo, conditioner and Body soap as great. Don’t get a big rental because you won’t be able to park it in the garage or the parking spot provided. Overall the location can’t be beat!

3-day “Girls’” trip to Mission Beach

My mom, my cousin, and I needed a break from the Phoenix heat. We had a wonderful time, and this property could not have been more perfect! The location was perfect! We were able to easily walk to the beach, fabulous restaurants, and souvenir shopping. The condo was immaculate and had plenty of room with privacy for sleeping. Highly recommend and look forward to returning at some time in the future.
