The River House is far enough from the main road to be quiet and serene but is still just walking distance from the Russian River where you can float/swim all day. The house has incredibly fast wifi as well as an electric car charging port.

The neighborhood has a tennis court, Pee Wee golf course, community playground, and the house is walking distance from the Rio Nido Roadhouse which offers incredible food, drinks, and live music.

Lovely house in a great location

We spent a long weekend at Pierce’s with our family and friends (6 adults, 2 kids) and had a wonderful time. The house is clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to spread out. The multiple outdoor spaces to hang were great. The neighborhood is friendly and there a playground within walking distance of the house. Pierce was super responsive and has clearly put a lot of care into creating a welcoming space.

Great local relaxing getaway

Great location and house! We took advantage of the fire pit area, hanging out on the deck and hot tub. Older country river home with great modern features too! I would rent this home again! Thank you Pierce for sharing your home.

Beautiful house, beautiful setting

This vacation home was perfect for a family that included young adults. There were several places to relax, my favorite being the back deck among the trees. Everything was clean, tasteful and comfortable. There is a wonderful fire pit, as well as a front porch to eat family meals. There is a little cabin bedroom separate from the main house which is very charming and private. We stayed for five days and did not want to leave! A great combination of being surrounded by natural beauty, yet just a few minutes from town.

Perfect spot

Everything about this property was perfect. Check in / check out instructions were easy and clear. The amenities were amazing- sauna, hot tub, outdoor firepit, bidets, patio, BBQ, and scenery could not have made this location any more perfect. The host was responsive and I will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Stay!

We stayed at this property while going to a wedding in the wine country. Property was perfect for my family and our small dog. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna in the evenings and loved looking up at the redwoods. Communication with the property owner was great - he had given me a heads up that one of the bathrooms was being redone (just had yet to be painted, and in no way affected the stay at all). The property is set back from the neighborhood so you don't feel like there are other houses around. I would definitely recommend this property!!

Ever since I was a kid I've dreamed of owning a spot among the redwoods. This place is very special to me and I have found it to be a place where I can truly recharge. It's been amazing sharing it with my loved ones, and now with you!

The house is far enough from the main road to be quiet and serene but is still just walking distance from the Russian River where you can float/swim all day. The neighborhood tennis court is always open to use if you are feeling competitive. The Pee Wee golf course and community playground are great if you have kids. And you are just a quick walk away from Rio Nido Roadhouse which offers incredible food, drinks, and live music (on the weekends).

In this manual, you’ll find lots of useful information that I’ve compiled to help my guests make the most out of their stay. From instructions on how to use the appliances, to recommendations for nearby adventures, restaurant, and wine tastings, I’ve got you covered.
