Detta eleganta rostäckta hem ligger i det historiska distriktet, ett kvarter från det äldsta huset, på gångavstånd till Children's Beach Brant Point & Jetties Beach och stadens centrum. Det ligger på en avskild plats som gränsar till Lily Pond och har sin egen parkering utanför gatan.

Huvudentrén vetter mot en matplats och kök med katedraltak. Det fullt utrustade matlagningsområdet inkluderar blandare, skräpavfall, diskmaskin, elektrisk spis och ugn, mikrovågsugn och stort kyl / frys med automatisk ismaskin. Det 500 kvadratmeter stora vardagsrummet har parkettgolv, öppen spis, skrivbord och skjutdörrar i glas som öppnar sig på ett 25 fot stort trädäck. Pulverrummet och tvätten gränsar till det rymliga vardagsrummet.

På övervåningen öppnar centralhallen två sovrum, ett med två sängar, och det andra med en dubbelsäng. Samtidig belysning och rymliga garderober är funktioner i båda rummen. Badrummet har modern badkar och dusch, luftkonditionerade infraröda värmare och en stor linneskåp.

Great stay!

For a Nantucket getaway this was perfect- location is convenient (walkable to town, beaches), and quiet. House is lovely, stocked with everything I needed. Highly recommend!

Nantucket heaven

Private oasis walk to town

This is a very cute cottage tucked away with lots of privacy even though it sits behind another house. It abuts nature and has a lovely private deck. A short walk and you’re town. A short drive (or 20 min walk) and you’re at Jetties. Comfortable and cozy. Everything you need. Reasonable appointments for a weekly rental. Would highly recommend!

Comfortable convenient and close to everything

Only steps away from downtown and a short walk to Jetty's beach, this was the perfect place for a week on Nantucket with a family of four.

Lovely cottage in great location.

The cottage is so cute and very roomy. The location is great - an easy walk to town. The check in process was so simple with our own door code for access. The cottage has everything you need - beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and cooler - for nice days at the beach. We enjoyed it very much!

Perfect

We stayed for a week and it was perfect! The cottage is tucked away off the street with a nice deck looking out over lush green foliage. We spent most of out time on the deck! The location is a short walk to town yet very quiet. We rented bikes for our visit and easily accessed Steps Beach for swimming and multiple bike paths for sight seeing. There is no air conditioning but it cooled off in the evening and there were plenty of fans. Katharine is exceptionally responsive and helpful.

Just what we hoped for

The cottage is lovely. It’s very close to town yet far enough from the road to be very quiet. (Behind the main house). Don’t shop for supplies before you get there. There were plenty of essentials, soaps, detergent, spices, etc, when we got there. Since these are not advertised by the owners, anything you find is a bonus.

Quiet location... convenient to everything!

This was a perfect spot for our vacation. We only had bikes so location was important to us. It is close to the bike trails, a short walk to the beaches and about 3 blocks from town. All the ammenaties were provided and the washer and dryer were a must as we had limited luggage space. Katherine was awesome to work with and I would recommend this property. Be sure to enjoy the quiet deck out back for coffee and cocktails. You will sure to catch the deer prancing through the back yard.

Summer 2020

Excellent location! Within walking distance to town, Jetties beach and our favorite sandwich shop (Something Natural)! Very clean, although amenities could have been a little better..... More comfortable beach chairs (only 2), we had 4 people. Ran out of the essentials in the house, although host did provide more.

Cute cottage with amenities

We loved this cottage and the convenient location. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great to have a deck as well as a washer and dryer. We’d definitely stay here again when we return to Nantucket.

Perfect stay for a relaxing getaway!

We had a great time staying in this cottage. Location wise, we were perfectly accessible to town, and nice bike ride-distance to all beaches. The cottage was spacious and extremely comfortable! Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

Quiet location right in Nantucket town

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and nicely decorated and actually a bit bigger than it looked in the pictures. The yard and surrounding area is just beautiful. It seems unique for being so close to town. We highly recommend.
