Located on the west side of Coastal Highway in Bethany Beach, this Sea Colony townhome is waiting to provide your vacation with lots of happy memories. Sea Colony offers a trolley, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, and numerous outdoor activities. The beach and towns of Bethany Beach and South Bethany are just a short distance away. This two-story end home has three bedrooms, a spiral staircase, a deck, a screened porch, and many Sea Colony amenities. It is located within three blocks of the beach.

Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.

THINGS TO KNOW
There are ongoing construction projects occurring throughout the off-season until mid-May 2024. Noise will be audible during working hours, but this vacation rental will be accessible at all times.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Quick getaway

Just wanted a quiet weekend away and this spot delivered. Close enough to beach but surrounded by restaurants and nice facilities. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow for alot of activities but i would definitely rent a space here again

Very nice stay in Sea Colony

Easy access to all of the amenities and beach. Had everything we needed. Property managers were helpful! Heads up for other young families - there is a spiral staircase, you may want a baby gate. Otherwise, super!

Clean and beautiful updated inside; outside not so much

Pros: very nicely updated /hardwood floors/ appliances/cleanliness was great inside, the small front screened in porch was great—cons: ant problem in one of the guest rooms, too bad the back deck wasn’t screened in as well- it unfortunately was covered in bugs , branches etc and never used and would’ve been nice as an additional space to hang out.

Great weekend!

Our weekend had perfect weather, company and fun! One challenge we met was that the refrigerator was broken when we arrived. The management company did a great joy getting someone out to look at it; when it couldn't be fixed they provided two small mini fridges for us to use. Easy to get to beach and amenities.

Great unit!

We enjoyed our week staying in this unit. It was very clean, AC worked well, plenty of hot water for showers, short walk to the beach. We had two adults and three teenagers. I would stay here again!
