Only a 3-4 minute walk to beach access, and very close access to 1 of 2 Island Park community docks on Jinks Creek, where you can paddle board and fish to your heart’s content. One of two neighborhood pools (open 4/1-10/31) is directly across the street, with easy pool viewing from the deck. Catch the spectacular sunsets over Jinks Creek from the porch, and even a little glimpse of the ocean from the deck. Wake up in an open floorplan with abundant natural light in the living space. Sleeps 8 in beds. Sofa bed & air mattress available if needed. No need to haul bedding, towels, and beach chairs to and from home -- all of this is included for your convenience! The downstairs king bedroom has a large screen smart TV and the most comfy mattress for a good night's rest! The upstairs king bedroom has another ultra comfy mattress and a smart TV. The living room has an adjustable large screen smart TV. Enjoy showering al fresco in the spacious outdoor shower. Grill, beach chairs, beach cart and paddleboard available for your use. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sound of the ocean and the ocean breezes. Automatic cozy string lights illuminate the outdoor area for enjoyment after the sun sets.

Extended weekend in off season

Home was excellent. Location was great near the south end of Ocean Isle beach. Off season at the beach was great as we felt like we had the island to ourself. Communication from the hosts was great start to finish. Excellent VRBO!

OIB visit

I had a very nice visit to OIB with my grandson. The home was well maintained and cared for. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool is right in front and being early Oct. was very quiet. The beach just a short walk. Everything in the home is labeled and easy to find.

Stayed over the weekend for a Wedding

Place is super clean. Has tons of extras for a family goong to the beach. we didn't use it as we were busy for the wedding and with frienda but its all ready for a full family stay. Had a few issues with a door and some other things and owners were quick to respond. Enjoy you stay!

Loved it!

We loved staying here! It was a beautiful place right by the pool. You could see the ocean and the intracoastal from the deck! The walk to the beach was easy, or even easier- drive the golf cart to any beach access on the island! The house comes stocked with everything. It really was so easy!

Perfect house for a family

This house was perfect for us! The owners were very responsive and friendly. It was clean and very well stocked with all of the cookware, dishes, and utensils that we needed. The location was great and very easy to get to and from the beach, and we loved using the golf cart. The house had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and beach towels. Another little thing we liked was the owners had all of the light switches labeled, we will definitely book again!

Beautiful Stay

Our family has been visiting Ocean Isle for the past 20 years, and this was our first time staying at this beautiful home—we had such a lovely week! We had anything and everything we could have needed throughout our stay, and everything was so clean and so organized. The property is only a short walk from the beach, and all the beach chairs and towels were provided which was so nice. Christina and John were so welcoming and provided excellent communication prior to/during our stay. We definitely recommend staying at this amazing property!

Spotless house in perfect location!

We had 5 friends stay at the house for a long weekend. This was the cleanest, most organized rental we have stayed in! The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and we loved evenings on the deck. It was a very short walk to the beach and it was nice having the beach wagon to borrow. The host left a welcome note, candies, and waterproof bag for the beach-nice touch!

Wonderful retreat for families

Just got back from an amazing stay at a family-friendly beach house in a wonderful location! The short walk to the beach and waterway was so convenient. The home was sparkling clean with all the linens, cooking appliances, and gadgets we needed. The extras like corn hole boards, beach toys, grill, and games made our stay even more enjoyable. The optional golf cart rental was a great addition! Already looking forward to booking again in the future.

Hospitality done right!!

This home was perfect for our family stay over Thanksgiving! It is extremely well maintained and organized. I forgot to pack books for our nightly reading, but the owners even provided a wonderful variety to choose from. My kids and I both loved that. If you’re looking for a beautiful home with prompt communication, above average accommodation and great hospitality, look no further.

Great stay

We couldn't be more pleased with our time at So Toes in the Sand! The house is beautiful and there were so many extras that made it comfortable and easy especially with kids! Our baby just started crawling up stairs so the baby gate was a life saver! All the rooms were comfy and the kitchen had everything we could need. The beach was a short walk away and the pool across the street was awesome for going back and forth from. Overall we loved it and can't wait to go back!

Absolutely perfect. Very well stocked and organized. Everything was so clean and organized. Had way more beach chairs and other items than any other beach house I’ve stayed in. Quiet part of beach and very close to beach access. Couldn’t ask for any more! We loved our long friend’s weekend in this house!

Lovely, well-kept house close to the beach

We really enjoyed the porch - shaded from the afternoon sun with a view of the beach. The owners have thought of all of the amenities, making our trip a lot easier. They provided linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. They even has a rolling beach cart.

Great Family Vacation

Our stay here was nothing short of wonderful. This home is immaculate, the location is convenient to everything, and any item you could possibly need (both indoor and out) is supplied to you. The main living space is open and airy; a great family space (we had 4 adults and 2 kids ages 5 and 2 in our group). Outside deck is spectacular. Outdoor shower is super. The kids enjoyed the community pool close to the house. We look forward to staying here again! A real bonus to this home are the owners. They are so accommodating, personable and caring. They made our stay so enjoyable by way of their great communication and in providing us with so much information about the area, things to do, places to go. They were always very available for any questions and went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience.

Family loved the house - had everything from kitchen stuff to games for kids. Beds comfy and good linens towels and beach towels! Lots of outdoor furniture to enjoy all sides of home! King downstairs and queen room and 4 bunks upstairs. Can see Jinks Creek and ocean!

While home used to be Buffalo (NY), Michigan, and Colorado at different times in our lives, we are happy to call Greensboro, NC home for the last 16 years. Jonathan works in import/export compliance for a company, and Christina is an RN who also homeschools our youngest. It was a dream come true for us to have a house in Ocean Isle Beach, one of our favorite places to be. While NC has many beautiful beaches, there is something special about OIB, and we are so happy to share it with others. Whether you are looking to relax, have adventure, or just make some great memories with friends or family, we feel OIB is the perfect place. We wanted to create a place for our guests to have a welcoming, clean, organized vacation home with everything you might possibly need. We truly have tried to think of everything so that it makes packing up for a beach vacation as simple as possible -- just pack your clothes and toiletries and go!

Located between the beach and Jinks Creek, Island Park is such a cute, quaint neighborhood that offers peaceful, beautiful views from several vantage points. To have two community pools to choose from (1 directly across the little street from our house), 2 community docks, and cute little streets off the main road that are great for walking, bike riding, scooters, and golf carts, it's just an ideal place to be. The neighborhood is clean and well maintained and provides the idyllic setting of palm trees that lets you know you are in vacation mode. Several access points to the beach are all in close proximity to this adorable neighborhood.

Located on a corner lot of one of the little cul-de-sacs in Island Park, this house stands out. We have heard from many frequent visitors and full-time residents alike that our house is in the perfect spot. From the deck, you can see Jinks Creek and even have a glimpse of the ocean. One of the perks of this house is that a community pool is directly across the little street. If you wish to take a peak at your family members at the pool, or call them in for lunch, it's perfect. Beach access is only a 3-4 minute walk in either direction. Because our closest Island Park beach access is the western-most beach access on the island, it's such an easy beach walk to the quiet end of the island at low tide where you'll see amazing 365 degree views -- the best tide pools, the inlet, the ocean, and the intracoastal. In the evening, the house has automatic string lights and landscape lighting provide a warm glow on the deck and outdoor area for a cozy ambience. The availability of a 2022 6-seater lifted golf cart for guests to rent (for an additional fee) is very convenient -- no waiting for delivery of a golf cart, and the owners are always available for any questions or concerns, should the need arise. The owners have an outdoor bin full of beach toys, a cornhole set, a Tiki toss game, a paddle board, many beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas, and a beach cart available for use -- no need to drag it all from home.
