Ocean Views w/ Amazing Open Floor Plan

This has been our home for the last 12 years and we have put a lot of love into it but we needed something smaller for our little family. It's a very large house with an amazing open floor plan-great for multi-families to hang out. The main floor has the master bedroom with a cal king bed and master bath with extra deep tub, as well as living room, kitchen (both with ocean views), dining room and another bathroom. Go up the spiral staircase to a loft with a very comfy queen futon (I list this as the #4 bedroom but technically it does not have wall or a door.).Or if you go down the stairs there are two more bedrooms, a full sized bathroom and bonus under the stairs room. We have a balcony off the front for relaxing and a deck in the back with a bbq and garden. There are both front and back yards, fully fenced in. One of the bedrooms downstairs has it’s own private entrance and a separate little yard.
This house is well loved so it's not perfect. There are stains on the carpet (but know I shampoo them frequently), same with the couch and my daughter had fun with lipstick one day so you might see signs of living around the house. But this is why we can make it pet friendly!

New washer and dryer, so know all the linens etc are washed very well. :)

There is a separate studio rental downstairs, that is attached to the house and locked with a heavy duty door. So we ask that you are respectful of noise levels for the downstairs guests. They have no access to the main house. The only shared space is the front yard, so they can access the studio door. You can also rent these both together and have the whole place to yourself!
Well-behaved pets are welcome with permission and a $100 pet fee/pet. They must get along with other dogs as the downstair is pet friendly as well.
We live just a few houses away so can be mostly available if needed.

i also lead a couple tours in town (hiking and biking) and rent out my car on Turo. Please inquire! I have a 2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport Listed on Turo or a 2015 Tesla Model S with unlimited FREE supercharging that you can rent directly through me.
Or we have bike rentals as well.

Excellent host who really cares about the comfort of the people staying at her place. The house was clean and has a very well supplied kitchen. It is conveniently located with an easy walk to beach access and a quick drive to the center of town.

Cayucos Property

We had a good week in Cayucos. The property was mostly as advertised. Good location, being a short walking distance to the beach -- longer, but manageable walk into town. There are a few things to be aware of -- most noteworthy being that the rental house is divided into two rental units consisting of an upper main larger portion, that we rented, and a lower smaller unit that was also rented at the same time. The lower unit communicates with the upper level via an internal stairway that is closed off so that neither is accessible from the other -- and each has its own separate outside entry. The front yard area is a common area -- the sides and back yard areas are separated and basically only available to the main unit -- but the fact that there could be people below the main unit means that the house is really being shared. We had no problems with either of the parties that rented the unit below, but we knew they were there, and our activities needed to take that into account. The bunk bedroom had only one set of bunk beds, not two as advertised -- for us this was not a problem (there was an extra mattress on the floor plus an inflatable mattress with linens). The kitchen was well equipped, except the advertised toaster was never located. The environment is spacious and comfortable -- contains a generous amount of the owner's personal items -- feels very "lived in". The owner was welcoming, helpful, and responsive.
