Embrace the lake lifestyle at this delightful split-level vacation home offering Lake Winnipesaukee access just a short walk to the Patrician Shores Association beach. As you enter, go up a few steps to the inviting open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen, perfect for social gatherings. Step outside onto the spacious deck, conveniently located off the kitchen/dining area, furnished with patio furniture and a gas grill, creating an ideal spot for outdoor dining and relaxation.

The main level has 2 bedrooms for convenience and comfort, while the lower level features an additional 2 bedrooms alongside a cozy family room equipped with two futons that each convert into a full bed (the woodstove fireplace is not for guest use). Enjoy the modern amenities including A/C window units in all rooms, providing a cool retreat on warm days. Stay connected with wireless internet, indulge in your favorite shows with cable TV, and engage in friendly competition with the provided Foosball table. For added convenience, the home is equipped with a washer/dryer.

If you're a dog owner, you can bring your furry friend along (with owner approval and a pet fee of $175 per dog). Kindly inquire about pet accommodations at the time of booking to ensure a seamless experience during your stay.

If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $150 (if you'd like sheets for the rollaway bed be sure to let us know, there is an extra fee for that bed), towel packages are $12 per person. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.

Family Lake Vacation

We’ve been a few years in a row now and hope to be back next year! The property has plenty of space, is in a great location to the “beach” area, and is always clean upon arrival. The owners also make small improvements/updates each year - nothing crazy, but clearly they take care of the home.

Disappointing Stay: Filthy Conditions, Safety Hazards, and Uncomf

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our recent stay at this vacation rental was extremely disappointing. The property was in a deplorable state: the cleanliness was lacking, with mold present on the grill, and the air quality was so poor that it made us all sick. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable; they were so bad that my husband had to bring in a futon mattress for some relief. To make matters worse, he ended up falling down the stairs, one bed is broken beds and. The reclining sofa was almost impossible to adjust without force, and we all suffered from duck itch during our stay. Overall, this rental was far below acceptable standards and did not provide a safe or comfortable experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Family vacation on the Lake !

It was close to everything! Golf and hiking were close as well. House was spacious and well stocked. It was clean and a short walk to the beach. Internet was very spotty, but heard it was the area. We were comfortable and very happy with At The Lake Rentals. Only negative was ant problem...guessing it was the woodsy location. Owners were aware and did try to remedy. Overall it was a great month! Thanks so much!!

Great location and has a private beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is fantastic – it has two levels of living with each level having its own full bathroom so you’re never on top of one another. Very large eat in kitchen and the dining room table as well as a very large deck of tables chairs outside so you can eat out there if you would like. It is very clean and well-maintained (other than the mattresses)My only negative thing to say about this house is the beds are all really worn out and need to be replaced.
