Everything about this condo was wonderful. It was in a great location and very convenient to Siesta Key village. It was right on the beach and had everything that we needed for a perfect vacation. I would definitely recommend staying here and looking forward to returning soon.

Had a great stay at this unit. Location was perfect especially if you are a beach goer. It was comfortable and met all our needs. The host was friendly and replied to our requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Ryan, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am sorry that this had happened during your stay. Guest feedback helps us continue improving the experience for future visitors. Regarding the insects, we take cleanliness and pest control very seriously. I appreciate you sharing this information.. Our unit is professionally treated on a regular schedule, and the issue you mentioned is likely related to the treatment that already took place several days before your arrival and you were seeing the last cycle of insects being treated. We will be monitoring this issue closely and respond appropriately. Previous guests informed me that they saw small German palmetto bugs and the pest control was immediately engaged and dispatched. Sometimes this happens in Florida in the rainy season where the bugs which reside in sewage pipes get pushed up with the water level being higher than usual due to heavier rainfall. I also already arranged another immediate insect treatment to ensure proper insect control. I hope that this resolves the issue for the future guests. I do apologize that this had happened during your stay. We hope, and we would love to see you back! Regards, Slobo

Our experience was fantastic! The condo was located in the perfect spot, just steps from the beach. It was great to have access to the bayside pool, which is also part of this property. In addition, our host was excellent!!! He made the entire process seamless. We will definitely return!!!

The best thing about this property is the location. You are steps from the gulf and the bay. The Breeze Trolly was an excellent way to get to the Village and area restaurants.The reality of this property is the pictures you see advertised are not current. The unit needs a deep cleaning and renovation. There are cracks in the walls, the kitchen counters do not match (they do in the pictures online), the icemaker does not work and the ice tray provided are cracked and you can't get the ice out, the bed squeaked when you rolled over, the air conditioner cycled on and off non-stop -every few seconds (kept us up at night - even with the door to the bedroom closed). The bathroom mirror is worn, cabinets worn and chipped, bathroom door was dirty and paint is peeling.

It wasn't as clean as I would like but it's a prime location. It is on the beach! Seriously like a one minute walk. The beach is beautiful. It has really soft white sand. The host was very responsive. Great for the price and I would stay here again!

It was simply the perfect choice for our vacation!!!

We could not have been happier with this location and its proximity to the beach and the pools. It was also close to great restaurants by locals who proudly serve great food!!

What a relaxing stay!

Had everything we needed, very comfortable beds and privacy with a beautiful beach where we strolled in the sunshine and moonlight! Easy check-in and everything as described! This was the perfect getaway for us!

Location was excellent , right on beach , easy access to shuttles in and around village. Pool and hot tub on premises were very nice . Actual condo was in need of aa little updating but had what was needed. Shower was a problem with minimal water pressure and a few items seemedvery dusty as if thorough cleaning hadn’t been consistently done . Although , the place in general was clean. Contact was receptive with calls .

Property was beautiful and right on the beach. Unit could use a couple upgrades but was very accommodating for a family of four. We would definitely recommend this location for others.

Relaxing!

This place was in a great location! We loved the direct access to the beach. It is also just a few minutes down the road from the village where all the action and shopping is located. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at the beach

Steps away from the beautiful beach. General manager was always available and willing to make everyone’s stay better. Our unit was clean and comfortable.
