Located just half a block up from the beach, this two bedroom, two bath home is located in Cayucos on the central coast of California in San Luis Obispo County.
Charming home with a superior location. This property is located walking distance to town and less than a block to the beach. The efficient plan features a spacious great room, master bedroom with king bed, desk setup for working from the comfort of your vacation, plus en suite full bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a full size bed with a twin trundle beneath, and another desk. The guest bathroom is a Ÿ with shower. The newly built front deck offers a peek of the ocean and a BBQ for outdoor grilling of your favorite fresh local fish. The property has recently been renovated with new paint, new flooring and new stack-able washer/dryer. It has everything you might need to stay comfortably on your next vacation to the Central Coast.

LOCAL INFORMATION:
The local surf shops offer wet suit rentals and sales and there are several kayak rental shops that also offer stand up paddle board (SUP) lessons. There are also local whale watching and day and overnight fishing boat tours.
Some information about the area: The nearest airport is in San Luis Obispo (SLO), a 30 min. drive by car. Some of the local attractions include California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. Hearst Castle, built by William Randolph Hearst is a 40 min. drive north on Highway 1. There are numerous wineries in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo areas. The Big Sur coastline is about an hourâs drive north. Donât miss the elephant seals that populate the area along with all our other wildlife. There are great hiking trails north along Highway 1 or at Montana de Oro State Park in Los Osos.
