Detta moderna strandhem, som heter Casa Solana för sin ljusgula yttre, ligger i en cul-de-sac som ger privatliv och ensamhet för den perfekta familjesemestern.

1770 Ensenada Siete förvaltas professionellt av Paradise Beach Homes.

Trappor från den öppna carporten leder fram till entrén och in i hemets ljusa öppna planlösning. Vardagsrummet har vackra läder soffor för massor av sittplatser. Köket är stort med gott om arbetsutrymme och frukostbar. Matbordet ligger framför Gulf Window-bildrutor för att njuta av utsikten under familjen måltider. Dörrar från vardagsrummet leder till en rymlig däck med unika trädborrning för skuggad uteservering. Resten av däckområdet har gott om solsken och trappor som leder direkt till sanden.

En hall till vänster om ingången leder till två sovrum och tvättstugan. Sovrum 1 har två queen sängar och ett privat badrum. Sovrum 2 är vattnet med king size-säng och privat badrum. Sovrum 3 är på övervåningen och är en stor master svit med dubbla dörrar öppnas till en privat Gulf sida balkong. Detta sovrum har en king size-säng samt en dubbelsäng med dubbla trundel. Den enorma mästaren badet har en dubbel fåfänga, trädgård badkar, separat toalett med bidé, överdimensionerade dubbla huvud i dusch och en stor klädkammare. Sovrum 4 och 5 ligger också på övervåningen. Sovrum 4 har två fulla sängar, stor garderob och eget badrum. Sovrum 5 är vid vattnet, har en king size-säng och privat badrum.

Annual Pensacola beach vacation

It seems as though every year we have rented a different house or condo. I think this year we struck gold! This was an incredible property. The main living area and kitchen area, immaculate the bedrooms suite our needs perfectly the bathrooms could be a little bit updated but we’re perfectly Suitable for our needs. The views from the beach deck, immaculate! This is probably one of the nicest homes we’ve ever stayed in!

Family Vacation

This home was perfect for our family. Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The home was clean, updated and decorated nicely. The location for us was for what we wanted quiet, basically a private beach. Enough space to gathering together for meals and hanging out.

Great piece of Beach

Nice house with great AC and well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable each with own bathroom. The only slight downer is that this house seems to be the nearby neighbor renters go to for others to access the beach. Nearby renters even knocked on our door to ask if they could walk under the house to bring their beach stuff. We rented this house for privacy but others can't help but notice the beautiful view from the street and sure do walk thru. Did not bother us much or prevent a great beach trip. Highly comfortable house!!!!

Beach House Great for Families/Reunions

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is private and right on the ocean. Great views! The only disappointment was the coffee pot didn't work (wrong size pot) and the refrigerator leaked water all over our food. The kitchen was missing some basic things like large mixing bowls, ample kitchen towels and oven mitts. The grill is very old and small for a house this size. The dryer took two cycles to dry. The bedrooms were perfect and the house was very clean and roomy. Overall we had a great time and would return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great house with a perfect location for our family. There are a few changes that would make the house more functional for large families. First in a house that sleeps 20, having only one refrigerator is not enough to store food for that many people. Love that each bedroom had is own bathroom but hated there was no half bath on the main floor. We had family members staying in nearby homes that came daily for the beach and the bathroom issue was an inconvenience that the two bedrooms with bathrooms were constantly in use by our guest.

Great Beach Location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos of this home were beautiful. My family absolutely loved this location. The description said updated! The plumbing definitely was not updated. We had issues with two toilets, dripping sinks & terrible water pressure. Master bedroom had blind issues...some were missing and others did not work. There were roaches in the kitchen and not sure where else that we did not see. This property is not work the price and we have stayed at many properties in Pensacola Beach.

such a nice beach home and wedding venue

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the front desk staff to the cleanliness of the home, everything was perfect. I had a small wedding on the beach and reception under the carport and everything was so nice. the house exceeded our expectations. communication with front desk was great and they even messaged me and allowed me to check in early as well as gave me a cute little wedding gift. the area around the beach home in April was nice and overall pretty quiet (so perfect for a beach ceremony). the neighbors on the right side were so sweet as well. overall I plan on coming back for another vacation here. The only thing I would have negative to say is the address of the property doesn't match up with what the street signs and GPS shows- not a big deal just be mindful.

Relaxing Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very relaxing stay at Casa Solana. It was a great location. Close to everything and yet quiet. The home was clean and well-accomodated for our family of 10 adults and 7 kids. The rental company was very friendly and easy to work with. We experienced two issues while staying here. First, was that the upstairs A/C unit was not cooling. Luckily, we were visiting at Christmas and didn't need much relief. Second, was very poor internet access. While some families may not need/ want internet access, too much of what we do relies on internet access and it was a real issue with our family. One family needed wifi to use their baby monitor and the signal was not strong enough. Overall, I would certainly recommend this property.

Nice but in need of some Maintenance for sure.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we checked in, the door to the balcony was broken and we could not get on it unless you went outside and climbed the back steps. Called for Assistance and was told it would be the next day. Maintenance came out and said there was nothing they could do. Got the door unlocked but it would not lock for the rest of the weekend. Had to zip tie it to feel safe. Several broken blinds and nothing to cook with. Upstairs balcony chairs were broken. It is a very lovely house and well decorated, but the maintenance issues ruined it for us for sure. We even found hairs in one of the beds. Very sad when you pay thousands for a weekend and get this kind of service from the property management and find things like broken blinds, broken chairs and unclean beds. I will not rent from Paradise Beach Homes again.

Stunning Gulf Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This spacious beachfront home easily hosted my Thanksgiving Family gathering. Everyone appreciated their own bath and found the sleeping experience quiet and private. Access the the water was immediate and all enjoyed strolling the sunny days. My biggest criticism was an oven which ran about 30-40 degrees cool and impacted everything I cooked. Disappointing doesn’t measure my complete frustration, it being Thanksgiving week.
