Ultra modern loft with 3-floor sunlight, 15 min from GGbridge
Ultra modern loft fully furnished decorated with paintings from around the world. Kitchen and living area in one huge room, with light everywhere. One large window extends from floor to third floor, overlooking rolling hills and beyond. Kitchen is fully equiped. Smart TVs on first two floors. All three floors are open with award-winning condo loft design. Movie theater one block away, best restaurants near by. Freeway to the Golden Gate Bridge and into San Francisco is less than 15 minutes away. Cant help but love this place. Upstairs second floor is bedroom and third floor could have one temporary bed, if needed provided by owners. Otherwise a great study and fun books. Both floors have full bathrooms. Closets on second and third floor. Primarily a one to two person living space. Not appropriate for small children with its open space. Asian modern furniture has been modernized since photos were taken. Comfortable and lovely but designed to be wonderful living space.

On a small vacation in 2003 to Bali, I was astounded by its fascinating culture and how it was being ignored except as a tourist destination. A very long story short, I developed three global conferences held there over a 5 year period with attendees like Nobel Peace Prize winner Desmond Tutu. From these conferences I launched a global learning center offering an opportunity for university students to connect their various class topics with Balinese indigenous practices. We've grown to hosting hundreds of young people and professors to experience transformative learning -- see our website at www.baliinstitute.com
My son now is president of the company (Bali Institute), lives full time in Bali. I will be away in Bali for a few months to visit my family including two grandsons who are part Balinese. I am fascinated by indigenous cultures and most of my art and mask collections are from far away places in the world.
I found this loft 7 years ago and immediately fell in love with it. I hope the people who want to stay here will love it too. I also have terrific neighbors who all care about each other, and they will be a great resource if the renters need anything.

The property is wonderfully creative, comfortable with open space and windows everywhere. I actually leave the floor to ceiling windows uncovered so the moon and tars are always part of the evening and early morning. Of course there are blinds too if the renters would prefer privacy (although its totally private anyway).
Everyone is quiet and the renters will need to honor the quiet too.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Light, modern, full kitchen, terrific TV with all the good movie stations like Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. Great Wifi -- never a problem. Washer and Dryer that always works. Heater when needed. Beautiful succulents and minimal water needed although I would like the renters to help keep the plants alive. My neighbor would love to come and water if renters dont have time.
