Helt utrustat kök med alla apparater och bänkskivor i granit. (4 sovrum ~ 3 fulla badrum). Master Suite har (JACUZZI) badkar och separat dusch. Keramiska plattor golv hela hela lägenhet nya 2012. Condo nymålad med beachy färger, 2012. (SLEEP 8). Denna roliga och spektakulära semester hyra erbjuder levande färger, lekfull inredning, privat balkong och spektakulär panoramautsikt över Atlanten. The condo är utrustad med bekväma möbler och ett färgstarkt vatten tema som matchar den livliga Folly Beach semester livsstil. Balkongen ger gott om plats att sola, äta, spela spel, läs och koppla av i färgglada, bekväma Adirondack stolar. Två av de fyra sovrummen har egna badrum. Befälhavaren badet har dubbla handfat, duschkabin och en soaking jacuzzi. Alla rum har också utrymme för att lägga till en spjälsäng. Trip to Foley Beach.

The property was nice and roomy. The property was advertised as being handicap accessible. It was not. Wheelchair and walkers could not fit into the bathrooms. Toilets were too low for someone that was limited in mobility. The beds were too soft for an elderly person and not easy to get out of. We had to bring in a chair for our elderly family member to sit in and had to add a handicap toilet seat and there were no hand holds in the bathrooms or showers. Had to modify one of the bedrooms to have a place for our elderly family member to sleep. Finally there were no screens on the sliding balcony doors to keep the bugs out. .

Fun getaway!

The property was perfect! Beds were super comfortable, view was outstanding, kitchen well stocked and location was great!! Our only issue was the golf cart which we did not know you couldn't park on property which resulted in a parking ticket

Weekend visit

So the condo it self was fine. The issues were our code to get in the front gate never worked, not one single time. The fob that we were told would work never did either. Luckily another person staying there saw that we continued to have problems and gave us his code and we were able to use that to get in and out. I did reach out for help and was sent the book telling us what to do, but none of that worked. The other issue was the elevator, it was constantly broken down. So we had to use the stairs several times, not a problem for me. But difficult for my elderly parents to go up and down to the 4th floor.

One of the Best Condos

This is one of the best condos we've vacationed in and the locations is perfect! We were able to walk to everything local such as food and entertainment. The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded.

Great location; beautiful property

This property was just as described. Beautifully decorated, clean, and plenty of space for our group of 6. I really appreciated the level of communication from MyOceanRental, as it felt like they really cared about us having a wonderful stay. Parking, check-in was easy. Only issue we ran into was that we had to wait until exactly 4PM on check-in day for the door code to let us in, even though we’d received a text earlier in the day that our unit was ready. Not a big deal since we arrived only a few minutes before 4, but caused some confusion. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful escape

My recent stay at this beachfront condo was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking views and the soothing sound of waves. Here’s a breakdown of our incredible experience: Location The condo's location is absolutely unbeatable. Nestled right on the beach, we enjoyed direct access to the pristine sands and clear waters. Whether it was an early morning stroll or a sunset walk, the convenience of having the beach just steps away added so much to our stay. Accommodation The condo itself was immaculate and beautifully furnished. It felt like a home away from home, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The spacious living area and the comfortable bedrooms provided the perfect retreat after a day in the sun. We particularly loved the large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offered stunning ocean views. Amenities The amenities were top-notch. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for us. Beach gear can be rented nearby. Surroundings The surrounding area was vibrant and full of life. We found plenty of nearby restaurants, shops, and entertainment options to explore. The local seafood was fresh and delicious, and we enjoyed trying different eateries every night.

Nice Condo

The property nicely fit my husband and I, along with my son and his wife, and 3 kids. It was nicely equipped and the location was perfect. The only ding I can give it is the elevator situation. There are only 2 elevators servicing the entire complex and the wait can take several minutes. If you’re on the 4th floor, as we were, it is 58 steps which made it difficult if you had beach equipment or groceries or anything to haul. Otherwise it was great and the property managers were great.

Our stay was wonderful from check in in the room to departure. Lovely, very clean, and oceanfront. Accessible parking and an elevator. About a 5 minute walk to restaurants. The whole family was happy. Can't wait to stay again!

Thanksgiving 2022

Unit was very cozy and comfortable. Kitchen was well-appointed with pots, pans, utensil which made for easy Thanksgiving dinner preparation! Fantastic Place

Just what we were looking for. Needed a place to accommodate 3 couples and this fit the bill exceptionally. All bedrooms were spacious and adjoined with one of the 3 baths. wonderful vacation

Only thing I can think of as an improvement would be a washing station for the car. Just a high power hose to knock some of the sand off a couple times or when leaving. Always Peaceful

We so enjoyed our stay, however it becoming overshadowed by COVID 19. Through no fault of My Ocean Rental everything shutdown, restaurants, bars, church, beach, even the island itself. Nothing was open anywhere. This was not our first time here, in this unit, so we know how very enjoyable it is. I felt so bad for the business people. This was a fluke! We will be back next year, in this unit, as we feel so comfortable there

Fantastic balcony views of dolphin and sunshine on the ocean

Very comfortable condo. with two bedrooms having their own bathroom and two bedrooms that share a bathroom, so our friends and adult children could relax. Meals together and games played filled our time when we weren't on the balcony enjoying the sunshine, dolphin watching and oceanside view. Walks on the beach, in Charleston and meals at numerous restaurants and shopping kept us entertained. The condo is conveniently located to everything and My Ocean Rental provides excellent communication with a calendar of events taking place while we are there. We will be back.

Amazing!

This was an awesome rental! The space was inviting, comfortable, and quiet (If there were neighbors, we never heard them). The view of Folly Beach was spectacular.
