**Brand new construction, be advised that the landscaping is not done yet** As soon as you step foot in this beautiful home, you're welcomed by a very stylish yet highly comfortable open floor plan living area. It is designed and decorated in an elegant manner that complements the picturesque location.

The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area are where you'll prepare and enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones before relaxing in the living room, setting the stage for memorable evenings. Plenty of natural light comes through the large windows, making the home very bright during the day, accenting and enhancing the luxurious ambiance.

Retire to one of two comfortable bedrooms, which feature all the comforts that allow you to rest after an exciting day of adventures.

Step into the outdoor area, where you will enjoy the fresh air and soak up the sun, and marvel at the lovely natural ambiance while relaxing in the cozy lounge or dining terrace.

Due to its gorgeous mountain location, Eagle Rock Nest provides a unique feeling of seclusion and tranquility, offering a magical escape from big city crowds and a fast-paced tempo.

However, this also means we have wildlife here, so make sure to keep all doors shut.

Also, BE ADVISED that the cellphone reception is somewhat weaker (or zero depending on your carrier) here than in the city. MAKE SURE TO PUT THE ADDRESS INTO YOUR GPS.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
