Pelican Walk 207 is truly a wonderful condo right on the beach! Located on the second floor in the center of the building you will have easy access to the beach and pools! The beach & water views are simply STUNNING! The condo has everything you will need to have the PERFECT Beach vacation! There are TWO Bedrooms each with a King size bed and an adjoining bathroom. The open floor plan encompasses plenty of space to relax and take in the spectacular view! Floor to ceiling windows provides amazing beach and water views from the living room, dining room, and fully equipped, remodeled kitchen. The Balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset, read a book or enjoy your morning coffee!

Nestled on the quiet end of Thomas Drive and close to the State Park, Pelican Walk is one of Panama City Beaches most beautiful condominiums. Pelican Walk offers two private pools- one heated seasonally, two outdoor grilling area with gas and charcoal grills, free parking, tennis, pickleball, racquetball, shuffleboard, a unique hot tub atrium, dry saunas, and more. Interested in dining out? Across the street is Gypsea Crepes, Waffle House, and Outlaw's Barbeque A few of PCB's favorite local hot spots; Hershey's Beach Ice Cream, Finn's, Schooner's, Capt. Clean place with plenty of room and didn’t have a whole lot to do for check out like a lot of the others I have stayed in! Will definitely use again when we come back!

Not our best trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Refrigerator in 207 was hot on arrival, I dont feel like condo explained why it was hot, we were told to just not put a lot in there until tomorrow, we had already gone to the store and spent a lot of money on cold stuff that doesn't travel well. If they would have just told us the cleaning crew turns off the fridge for 2 to 3 hours after cleaning it out we would understand the problem with it.I felt brushed off since it was after hours, next door condo had a water heater leak so maintenance had to place two big fans in one bedroom, it was very loud with cords and hoses running everywhere. Down grade was offered to a one bedroom but no refund offered for nights disturbed with the loud fans. We paid a lot of money for one week for 4 people so a down grade wouldn't have worked The coffee pot leaked all over the counter when you made coffee, towel bars in guest bath was coming detached from the wall. We have stayed at the Pelican walk every summer for more than 15 years and this is the first time to have so many issues here. Great location and calmer area but questioning if we want to return at this moment! We enjoyed the beach, weather, restaurants and activities. We had to adapt and adjust to enjoy our vacation, I guess it could have been much worse.
