Välkommen till vår home away from home; 22 Hickory Cove. Villan är uppdaterad och väl underhållna. Du kommer att njuta av ljuset och glada färger och fullt utrustat kök ståtar uppdaterade skåp och bänkskivor. Detta 2 sovrum och 3 badrum villa med utsikt över den 18: e fairway av Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. Stranden är en 5 minuters promenad bort och poolen är rätt tvärs över Hickory Cove uppfart från villan. Ingår för din användning finns solstolar, parasoller och en strand vagn.

Planlösningen i denna villa är perfekt för par som reser tillsammans, familjer och familjer som reser med mor-och farföräldrar eller barnflickor. Den första våningen sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och privat badrum med en helt ny duschkabin med glasdörrar. Det öppnar också ut till första våningen däck. Den 2: a våningen sovrummet har 2 dubbelsängar, ett privat badrum med badkar, en platt-TV och en balkong / däck. Det finns också ett loft utrustad med en bäddsoffa med två enkelsängar. Great location and perfect layout!

Fantastic location, great accessibility to beach access, and layout worked perfectly with the master suite on the lower level and upstairs bedroom with deck. Would highly recommend. Created wonderful memories.

Excellent Stay for our Family

Property was just as described and clean which is our key criteria when renting a place. Location is perfect and quick walk to the beach. Our family had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property wholeheartedly. We will look to stay here again on our next trip to Hilton Head.

Hickory Cove Palmetto

This is our second time staying at this villa, which has everything we could need, views of golf course and very short walk to beach. It’s also just a short walk to tennis and pickle ball center— really the perfect location. Beach chairs and lots of sand toys provided for the kiddos. We’ve stayed in several properties at Palmetto and this villa is our favorite.

Perfect location!

We had an amazing week staying here for our Hilton Head vacation! The villa was spacious enough for our family of 6 with room to spare. You can’t beat the location either. A simple easy stroll to the beach and general store. We visited the pool daily which was also kept up very nice!

Perfect Villa!

We go to HHI a few times a year and this is definitely one of our favorite villas. It is very clean and perfect for our family of 4. We love that it is just a short walk to the beach and General Store.

Great condo with an even better location

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at HHI. This condo had everything we needed and the location is within walking distance to the beach,The Palmetto Dunes General Store, and a couple places to eat. Everything was as listed and we would stay here again without reservation. Plenty of room for four adults and two tweens. The condo was clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Very clean and had everything we needed. We had an issue with the air conditioning when we checked in and Tom responded immediately and was at the condo within 15 minutes and had it working in no time! Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!

Great stay & location

We've visited HHI 20+ times over the past 30 years and always love staying in Palmetto Dunes. We stayed here in the Hickory Cove complex this time around as a precursor (3 nights) to our week-long vacation home rental with a big group the following week and were very happy. The complex is quiet and safe, close enough to walk to the beach/general store/Dunes House, and has a nice pool. The property owner, Tom, was friendly and quick to respond when we had a question regarding an additional gate pass. The home was well appointed and my dad loved sitting on the deck and watching the golfers. We would love to stay here again when we come back in 2025!

Even better than advertised!

My family stayed here to escape the cold up north and had a fantastic time. Tom, the owner, went above and beyond to work with us as our arrival was delayed by bad weather. He also had great suggestions for golf and bike rentals. The rental itself, was perfect for our family of four and Palmetto Dunes is beautiful. There is a great back patio and plenty of room inside for all of us to spread out. The walk to the beach was short and easy with the provided cart, and the rental is right on the paved bike trail system. Overall, we can't wait to visit again and highly recommend this place for families!

Nice Golf Villa

We had a great 2 weeks at 22 Hickory Cove. The golf villa's location near the 18th tee of the Trent Jones course affords a picturesque and perfect view of the golfers as they tee off and finish their round. We saw deer in the evening and the lovely birds of the low country as well. The beach, tennis center, and bike rental are just a short walk away. The BBQ was faulty and the owner came over the very next day with a brand new grill. Communication with the owner was excellent during our stay. The inside of the villa is comfortable and we pretty much had everything we needed. We would recommend this property and plan to return.

Family trip

We chose this home for our yearly family trip. This was the perfect size and location. Plenty of space for everyone. We had everything we needed. Walking distance to the beach and super close to the pool. The grill was out of gas when we arrived. Quick call to the owner who brought us one the next day. We ended up purchasing fans for our bedrooms because we are used to having the airflow of ceiling fans. If that is something you need for sleeping, I would suggest bringing one with you. Hoping to be able to stay on the same spot next year.

Perfect

We have been to HHI many times over the past 20 years and 22 Hickory Cove did not disappoint. The location is ideal in Palmetto Dunes with a 5 minute walk to the beach, half mile bike ride to the General Store and right on the golf course. The unit is beautifully decorated, has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and outdoor grill. We took full advantage of all! Thank you for allowing us to use the beach chairs and cart. We will definitely look into staying here again when we return to one of our favorite places! ****We could not find a blender in the unit, which was a bummer, but we borrowed our friend’s who stayed a few units down. Good chance we just overlooked it and did not impact our stay at all! :)

Perfect

What an amazing week we had! This villa is the perfect villa!!! We traveled with 3 children and the location to beach and pool were perfect. The villa had games and books for the kids (and parents) to enjoy. The grill outside was wonderful- and fun to watch the golfers while we grilled. The villa was also incredibly clean! We will definitely be back
