We stay around Orlando every summer for dance nationals and this house is #1. First this house was stocked more than any other house we have ever stayed in. Anything we needed was covered in this house. Truly made this house feel like home. Next the area/neighborhood was so relaxing. It was so quiet every single day/night. Seriously no traffic noise or others being loud. We are right next to nature with all the animal sounds and so many butterflies to be seen!! The most relaxing time EVER. This house also had every instruction you could need. I find it frustrating when we stay somewhere and there r switches to all kinds of things but it takes forever to find the one you need. Everything was labeled. It truly made it so easy to do anything in the house. All the appliances and grill were too notch. All sitting areas And beds were comfortable. We will 100% stay at this house again!! This was truly a home away from home!!

Peaceful Stay

Our family had a great experience staying here. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. With a short distance from everything we wanted to do it was the perfect location. The pool was amazing and my daughter swam every chance she got. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet neighborhood

We wanted a place with a pool for our granddaughter and her friend for her 13th birthday trip. It was perfect after long days at Disney. The location was in a quiet neighborhood with amenities close by. It was a comfortable stay for the four of us.

Great place to stay when visiting Disney

The house was amazing. Just as it was in pictures and listing. Very clean, very quiet neighborhood, and close enough to all the restaurants, Disney, golf courses. The pool and brand new gas grill were the cherry on top. Loved being outside grilling dinner for the family and relaxing in the pool.

Clean and roomy

Overall house was very clean. You can tell when we walked in, someone had cleaned really well. Pictures were very accurate of what the house looked like so there were no surprises. The pool was nice and heated - which came included with the price you paid. I was very happy this was not an additional charge. The house came with everything you would need, washing detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, towels, wash clothes, dishes, washer and dryer, laundry basket, and clothes hangers. There was also a pull out bed in one of the bedrooms. The couch was comfortable and fit a family of 5-6. Plenty of room to sit for dining. The only cons we had were; the bed in the master was very stiff but we are used to a softer bed, family members complained about not having tvs in the smaller rooms, older family member complained about not having a rail to get into the pool. Overall was extremely happy and definitely would stay here again.

Amazing stay!

We had great time at the property which was beautiful, just as advertised. Very nice layout for the 6 of us (age 10&15, parents&grandparents) and it was spotless (I can say for my family few of us are neat freaks :) and we were ready to start cleaning everything that we were going to use, but there was zero dust!). Pool water was super warm the whole time and clean as well and it was nice to spend time in nice completely private area - no back neighbors (2 from the sides but we didnt see anyone during our stay). Beds were also super comfy, more on a firm side, just perfect, we all had good night sleeps. Just one thing to mention, 2 rooms didn't have TVs (which it did not matter to us, even with the tv in the master room, we all used the one in the living room only. Communication with Enrique was so smooth and easy with his responses within few minutes max..very pleasant, thank you so much again!

Perfect pool home 30-60 minutes from Orlando

The photos and descriptions perfectly describe this lovely home that feels like home away from home. A 3 ft to 6 feet graded and perfectly warmed pool with a basketball hoop was enjoyed by our family with 18-21 year Olds. The privacy of the screened in pool patio was delightful as were the beds and plentiful pillows providing a quiet space to relax and sleep. The kitchen had plenty of supplies for cooking and also the wonderful cupboard of odds and ends left over from many travelers. Because the traffic is crazy in Orlando- I can take you an hour or more to get to attractions but Saturday, it took us 25 minutes to get to Disney so traffic is unpredictable. Thank you for sharing your home. The manager - Enrique was clever awith a fabulous sense of humor. olds.

Quiet location, close to local amenities and parks a short drive away.

Property was exactly as we had hoped it would be. The owner was quickly in touch, on arrival, to check that we were happy. He kept in contact on occasion to confirm that all was still well with us.The house was well equipped and comfortably furnished including lots of games, dvd’s, cd’s and books by the score. TV was a dream on days we were resting from walking the parks. The pool was a delight and baby bath warm. Barbeque was available but not tried. Local slide/swing play park for kiddies a short walk away.Cannot think of anything that would have improved our experience.

Nice and quiet spot for a family

Heated pool was great, especially since it wasn’t an additional charge. Location was quiet and easy to get to our destinations in Orlando. All in all my family was happy with this spot and would stay again.

Quiet Neighborhood near Disneyworld

Great 3 bedroom house near Disneyworld. Host was terrific and very responsive. Even decorated the place for Christmas! Plenty of room and kid-friendly swimming pool. Would highly recommend for a family Disneyworld trip where you also value some quiet time away from the resort.

Relaxing beautiful Florida home

We had a wonderful time. Relaxing home in a quiet neighborhood & even nicer than description. Close drive to local attractions and restaurants etc. The home also had all amenities to make it welcoming.

Cute house

The house was nice. It could use some updating and a little better cleaning. There was hair in one of the showers and on the floor in the living room. The pool started to turn green towards the end of our stay. It was a nice quite neighborhood. Although there is room for improvement we would stay again! The mamager was great with communcation as needed.

Cozy home in quiet neighborhood

Charming house in Davenport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean and well cared for. It was a very nice and relaxing place to come back to after spending all day at the theme parks. I would happily stay again for our next trip back to Orlando.

Wonderful Stay!

This was a fantastic week! The home was clean and fully stocked - like more than any other VRBO we have stayed in. The pool was FANTASTIC! Also, the correspondence with the host was incredible! All around, wonderful home and experience. We will be back!

Great property in nice area

The house is situated in a nice, quiet area but still close to supermarkets and restaurants. Universal and Disney are approx 30-40 min drive. Tampa around 1hr away and so is Kennedy Space center. It has everything you could ask for and we really enjoyed the pool when at home. Enrique did everything to make sure our check-in and stay were as smooth as possible. Good value overall.

Alarm issue

When we opened he front door the alarm went off, had to call owner. But he was a good guy did everything he could to help us and even check back to make sure everything was good. Would recommend removing the siren if alarm is not working properly , it was very loud ! Would stay there again
