This home is complete with a private half-basketball court and an outdoor entertainment area to enjoy the sea breeze. At sunset and into the evening, enjoy two outdoor fireplaces and frequent firework displays from SeaWorld.

The backyard entertainment area is perfect for BBQs, relaxing, and watching television. Known for its hilly terrain, which provides spectacular views of Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean, the neighborhood is near the junction of Interstates 5 and 8 freeways. Being so well positioned in San Diego, guests will find it easy and quick to get to most of San Diego's major destinations, like Seaworld, the San Diego Zoo, La Jolla Shores, Mission Beach, and more.
