This unique, beautifully appointed Boutique Spanish Style Villa on the North End of Anna Maria Island is a perfect getaway nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Come relax in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, just a short walk to the white sand beach, clear turquoise gulf waters, or relax and enjoy all that Anna Maria has to offer.

The master bedroom boasts a king bed with his and hers closets and an en-suite renovated bathroom. The washer and dryer sits in this large bathroom as well. The guest bedroom includes a king size bed and built in shelves to hold all your vacation goodies. Each bedroom has its own smart TV. The renovated guest full bathroom is located in the hallway across from the guest bedroom.

The main living area is open to the dining room and kitchen with multiple comfy sitting areas. The queen sleeper sofa allows for 2 additional guests to sleep comfortably. The dining room has a built in buffet with all the vintage and Spanish charm ready for your getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a gas/propane grill right outside the sliding doors.

The Surfboard room is a fun hangout for any age. The room is off the front and includes 2 daybeds and unique furnishings. It has it's own AC system to keep it cool in the heat of the summer.

The Boutique Spanish Style Villa has outdoor dining, cooking and lounging. 2 bikes are included for your use to travel to Pine Ave, local shops and restaurants, The city pier, which is also home to a remote research center for Mote Marine, parks, Bean Pointe, and so much more that the North End has to offer.

The Pink Boutique

Nice residential part of AMI. Fantastic job on the remodeling both inside (especially) and out. Very comfortable for the four of us adults. I imagine kids would really like the "Surf Room" addition. Host was very responsive to the couple of questions we had. Great place to idle away some Island Time. Would return.

Beautiful beach house

We had a great time. Very clean and comfortable beds. The kids favorite room was the surfboard room! Highly recommend staying here. 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach. Will definitely be coming back.

What a wonderful home—-perfect location and close proximity to bean beach. The house and kitchen were stocked perfectly and the entire home was as clean as a whistle. We will definitely look to stay again when we visit AMI again.

Great week at AMI

This house was a great place to stay for the week! The kitchen was large and very well stocked. The living room was plenty big and open for all of us to be together to watch TV or play games. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. The surfboard room was cozy for a few people to hang out in. The outside was comfortable and great for grilling out, keeping our beach things, and rinsing the sand off. The host was quick to respond and helpful in answering my many questions throughout the week. This was our third time coming to AMI and our first time staying on this end of the island. We loved being able to walk to the shops, restaurants and pier. The walk to the beach was so easy and convenient. We will definitely look to stay here again next year!

Great Property

We had a great stay on AMI! This house is in a great location and was very clean! The house is stocked with everything you need and the owners are very prompt in their responses to questions/concerns. It’s in a quieter part of the island but still walkable to shops/restaurants and the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

Just lovely

Our family so enjoyed our stay! The house is spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. The location is fantastic! Even in the thick of spring break, the beach was quiet and uncongested - and just a short walk from the house. We will definitely be back.

Amazing

We were traveling down from MN with a family of 5 to enjoy the island. We have never been to AMI before so weren’t quite sure where to stay or what to expect. Upon arrival, we were all blown away by the location, cleanliness, and all of the amenities the property had to offer. The hosts were very organized and kind. We have stayed at several VRBO’s over the years and these hosts were top notch The island has so much to offer and the property is in the perfect location to enjoy the activities, or just sit in and enjoy the peace and quiet. We would definitely love to come back to the island and for sure would try to stay here again. The Jansen Family

Great stay in AMI

This is a great house. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable. The fenced-in yard for our pup was especially nice. The surfboard room (that has a separate entrance from the house) was perfect for our 2 grown kids to stay for a few days. The host, Jessica was probably the best host we’ve ever dealt with on vrbo. She was very helpful and responded quickly when we needed to communicate with her. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Getaway

My husband and I stayed with my parents (70s) and two children (3 and 2) for a getaway from the New England weather. The house was perfect for each of us to have our own space for sleeping and privacy but also provided plenty of room for us to gather together. My boys loved the indoor and outdoor space to play and the beach was a short walk (5 minutes). We loved taking the boys and their sand toys to the beach and watching the beautiful sunsets. We did take the golf cart to the beach by the Sandbar a couple nights because it was a bit easier to navigate with my parents and their bad knees. The property was extremely clean and better than pictured with everything we needed to cook. Jessica and Billy were quick to respond when we had a question and Jessica even messaged to let us know we could check-in early. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will definitely stay again.

The house and property manager were amazing! Everything was clean and the working condition. We stayed for two nights for a birthday celebration for my wife. Darling little pink cottage by the point!

Clean, comfortable, calming, and convenient! This darling little cottage does not disappoint! The home offers a peaceful vibe with all of the comforts and conveniences of home. The attached surfer room is a truly unique bonus space and a serene place to relax after a busy day. We appreciated the peaceful location and no-hassle beach access. Walking from front porch and into the sand took less than five minutes and made for frequent beach walks and incredible nightly sunsets. The outdoor shower was perfect for a quick rinse upon our return. This place is a little gem!

The Pink Paradise at AMI

If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful beach vacation home to rent in AMI, this is the one! This ‘pink paradise’ home made our vacation so perfect with all of its amenities, beautiful decor, well equipped kitchen, stunning updates throughout, grill, bikes, comfortable beds, spacious and beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, very clean and close to everything. We came with our family and created many unforgettable moments together. The house is just a short walk to the beach and has a shaded access path to get to it. The ocean is a beautiful emerald and we had encounters with dolphins and manatee almost daily with them swimming in the area. There are two piers nearby as well that are a walk, bike ride, golf cart rental or quick drive away. The owners were really awesome, professional and very accessible. We fell in love with AMI and are planning our next trip to our pink paradise very soon.
