Located in North Scottsdale, this recently renovated-single level house is located in the gated community of Grayhawk-Talon. The backyard is built for privacy and relaxation by the fire pit. The location is perfect for attending Scottsdale's finest events such as Barrett Jackson, Waste Management Open, Horse Shows, Baseball Spring Training, Football Bowl Games, Hiking, Walking Trails or playing golf in the Scottsdale area. Walking distance to shopping, dining, tennis, swimming and golf.
The space:
Recently renovated 3 bedroom (King, Queen, Queen), 2 full bath house offers easy access to all of Grayhawk's and Scottsdale's destinations. Walk to tennis, pool, dining, shopping, walking trails and golf.
One bedroom is set up as an office with a pull out Queen murphy bed.
We also have 2 - Hotel Luxury Memory Foam Rollaway Folding Guest Beds-Twin Size for 2 additional guests.
Guest access:
Guests will have full use of the house and amenities, including the community pool/hot tub, tennis courts and walking trails.
Quiet Hours 10pm to 8am
IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 authorizes HOA's and cities to require occupant information including contact data, and vehicle data. An online portal has been established to make the process of providing the required information easy and to take very little time.
* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy are required within three days of booking.
(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting and/or using ride-share services.
(b) Bedroom and Bedding Setup. (OPTIONAL)
* Pool and Spa Indemnification. VERY IMPORTANT: At no time is a lifeguard on duty.
All renters must digitally execute a Pool & Spa Safety Indemnification Notice before occupancy. (REQUIRED)
* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.
(a) Time Change Policy: All requests for early arrival and/or late departure must be requested in advance and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy requirements and schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text for updated information on the day of your arrival for early arrival request updates, and the day before your departure to get late departure updates. Failure to obtain advance approval for a late departure will incur a $100 fee for overstaying your authorized departure time.
(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. The host reserves the right to cancel your booking if anyone in your group violates the established Health, Safety, and Security protocols by arriving to the property before receiving full authorization to occupy the property.

All Renters are highly encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance within three days of booking. All Renters who purchase "Cancel for any Reason" (CFAR) insurance coverage within three days of booking will be reimbursed 50% of the CFAR insurance premium cost within one week after the Renter's stay has successfully concluded.

All arrival and departure time change requests must be requested in advance on your online occupancy portal. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text your host's Property Services Desk for updated information on the day of your arrival for early-arrival updates, and the day before your departure for late-departure updates.

Return of Personal Property: Any and all personal property left at the property upon departure may be collected from the property at a pre-arranged day and time, subject to the field staff's schedule and availability to meet at the property. In all cases, if personal property is not able to be picked up at the property, and delivery of personal property is requested, the charge associated with arranging and paying for the return of personal property is $75 service fee, plus the actual costs associated with mail and/or delivery charges.
