Njut av La Jolla och San Diego-området från ett vackert bostadsområde, bara fyra kvarter från den gyllene sanden på Windansea Beach. Boende upptar första våningen i en två våningar husannons har central luftkonditionering (även om det verkligen inte behövs så nära stranden att bostaden har de svala vindbrisen)!
. Alla apparater och designmöbler i denna sofistikerade samtida är nya. Det finns sova i fyra i sängar - sovrummet har en king size-säng, gäst sovrummet har två dubbelsängar och det finns också två enkelsäng soffor i det stora vardagsrummet; alla madrasser på sängar är diskplattor. Om du har en extra person konverteras soffan lätt till en enkelsäng. Granitbänksköket är fullt utrustat med matbord för sex och bänkplatser i baren. Vardagsrummet har en vedeldad öppen spis och det finns trägolv i hela enheten. Gratis direkt-TV och wifi-internet kommer att hyra. Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare för användning i enheten.

Tillflyktsortet har också en stor trädgård / uteplats med bord / stolar en dubbel schäslong och grill. Huset har också en privat utomhus retreat framför dukgardiner, uteservering och belysning.

Huset ligger i ett utmärkt läge för att njuta av bekvämligheterna i La Jolla och San Diego-området. La Jolla är en vänlig stad för promenader. Det är bara fyra kvarter till företaget Beach och La Jolla Village, restauranger, shopping och andra aktiviteter ligger inom en mil från reträtten - centrum, museer, restauranger, butiker och företag. En härlig Sunday Farmers Market är en källa till färska produkter och unika hantverk. Coggan Aquatic Center med pool i olympisk storlek och idrottsanläggning som erbjuder tennisbanor, banor, baseballplaner och basketplaner ligger bara två kvarter öster om hemmet.

Som ett alternativ till att promenera genom La Jolla stannar den huvudsakliga offentliga busslinjen inom ett block av huset och erbjuder transport genom La Jolla och söderut till Pacific Beach, Mission Bay och andra San Diego-destinationer. Strandcyklar finns också lätt att hyra. Tillflyktsortet har parkering utanför gatan för en bil såväl som på gatuparkering och en allmän tomt bara ett kort kvarter bort.

We had an excellent stay at Lisa's property. Lisa was quick to respond to questions and checked in with us during our visit to see if there was anything we needed. The house was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Proximity to the beach is a big plus. It was especially hot during our stay and the air conditioning did its job well. We were in the downstairs unit. You are able to hear the foot fall and voices of people in the unit above. The outdoor area/garden in front of the house was a nice spot to gather in the morning and late afternoon.

Wonderful residence

Great place that fit our family of four comfortably. The location was perfect with easy access to the beaches of La Jolla that were just a few blocks away. The whole place was well outfitted with all the necessities include beach gear. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing place to stay in La Jolla

The place is clean, well accommodated, and in a great location. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk to downtown La Jolla. Everything we wanted and needed was readily available!

This property wants for nothing

This spotless first floor unit has a great location in a charming quiet area with ample parking on street and off. No matter what we looked for, we found it, clearly labeled so we could return it to the proper place for the next guests. The full size laundry pair was a real plus.

Comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed our stay at this nice little house. We had the entire first floor of the house. There is another similarly sized unit upstairs and a third unit in the back yard. We rarely saw anyone else and only occasionally noticed noise from people staying above us. There is a nice relaxing front patio with a little ocean peek-a-boo view and a nice back yard patio area as well. One can walk a few blocks down the street and find a little walkway to the beach. Many of the La Jolla downtown businesses are also just a brief walk away through beautiful and friendly neighborhoods. The house was also centrally located for us in the San Diego metro area and a great place to come back to after exploring.

Wonderful host and great location/property

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is on a quiet street but an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, the farmers market, etc. It was spotless on our arrival and parking/access was easy. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Communication with Lisa was great and she is an excellent host.

Great location!

This place, in a quiet neighborhood, is walking distance to almost everything in La Jolla - beaches, restaurants, the seals & sea lions, etc. Very comfortable king-sized bed and comfortable outdoor living. Highly recommend if you want to be away from the hustle & bustle of La Jolla Village, but close enough to enjoy it when you want.

Beautiful Property in a Great Location!

This property was exactly as described, no surprises. It has a fully equipped kitchen and we were able to prepare lots of food in it. The beds were comfortable, and everything seemed very clean. Lots of beach/ outdoor toys and supplies available for our use. Easy walk to the beach and to stores/restaraunts. Highly recommend!

Perfect vacation accommodation

Loved staying here. Lisa was very easy to reach when I had questions. We could walk to beaches, restaurants and shops and having a dedicated parking spot was a bonus. The rooms are spacious and the unit comes with everything you might think you need. We enjoyed having a private outdoor space that had both shade and sun. Great place to explore La Jolla and the San Diego area.

Fantastic vacation getaway

We loved our stay in Lisa’s home. It was comfortable, clean & tastefully decorated & she provided those little touches that made it extra special!! Plus the location was so perfect. You could stroll to the beach and walk to local cafe’s, coffee shops around the corner and just hop in the car and you are in the heart of beautiful La Jolla Shopping & restaurants & so close to everything in San Diego.

An easy walk to beautiful Windansea Beach and La Jolla Cove. Enjoyed drinking coffee while watching the Sea Lions. A short drive to downtown San Diego, Mission Beach, and every attraction we visited. Clean and quiet. Stocked with beach amenities. Easy to park. We loved spending family time here!

Beautiful place

My partner and I had a wonderful 9 days in this beautiful house and quiet neighbourhood. The check-in process was quick and easy. This is not the usual holiday home that feels cold and empty. This house feels warm, comfortable and looks easy on the eyes. It's recommended for couples and families. I would definitely come back.

Perfect for stay in La Jolla

The house was exactly as advertised and perfect for our group. We could walk to the beach, many restaurants and shops. Communications with owner were efficient and timely. If I could make any suggestion, I wish a strainer was available for pasta, but really this is a small thing given everything else we could have needed for the kitchen was available. Would definitely stay here again.

Well located, beautifully decorated

I live in La Jolla and was looking for a rental for my son and grandchildren, which was comfortable and well located. This is a beautifully decorated apartment, with a great outdoor set-up (which we did not use as much as would have liked to, because it was winter). Everything is close by, from Windansea beach to La Jolla Cove to Bird Rock. I strongly recommend this apartment!
