Perched på Sand är en tri-nivå, 3 sovrum, 4 badrum, havet främre stan hem i gated community of Sand Dollar Beach! Gå in på första våningen med loft sovrum med fönsterluckor för avskildhet och badrum med dusch. Gå ner till din mittnivå till vardagsrummet med drottning soffa säng, 50 tums Samsung Smart TV och kabel, DVD-spelare, Stereo med CD-spelare och matplats sittplatser 10. Fullt kök med minikylskåp som passar utmärkt för både drycker och kylskåp i full storlek. Familjerummet utan dörr som har en utfällbar säng (och angränsande badrum) som kan användas som ett fjärde sovrum, Samsung Smart TV med kabel, DVD-spelare och andra badrum med dusch. Middle Level har du ett balkongdäck med utemöbler och gasgrill. På botten, tredje nivån, kommer du till sovrummet svit med Kalifornien King Bed och privat badrum med dusch. Det tredje sovrummet har våningssängar (4 tvillingar). Båda sovrummen har skjutdörrar som öppnar till ett mindre balkongdäck med trappor direkt till sanden. Location has amazing access to the beach and is mostly limited to guests at the property. The property manager and the team were communicative and addressed any concerns we had during our stay!

House is dated but very clean and comfortable. The two leather couches in the main living room are starting to tear.The view is simply awsome and steps away from beach is absolutely wonderful. The location and cleanliness is worth the price. The beach is vast and very clean.The host was very responsive.

Family gathering

This was a wonderful condo literally on the beach, with gorgeous ocean views from all 3 levels. We will definitely be back and rent it again. Easy stairs from lower level to beach for peaceful walks. Great communication from Tyra at host Kendall and Potter. The TV in one of our units did not work, and we could not fix it, but we were credited back for the inconvenience. THANK YOU!

Was very relaxing

We all enjoyed the beach house, the steps are right from the house to the beach which is awesome! And the kids had a great time playing in the waves and sand. It was a great family vacation!

Peaceful oasis

Beautiful location. We were able to see whales and dolphins. Bring binoculars so you don’t miss out seeing the marine life. The house is perfectly located close to both Santa Cruz beach boardwalk and Capitola. The house is fully stocked and the ocean view can be seen from the living area as well as the bedrooms. The ocean view is breathtaking and the sound of the ocean waves is a sweet lullaby. Kitchen is fully stocked and the fireplace is wonderful when temperatures get a little chilly. Bring some firewood because there is fire circles on the beach which makes making s’mores so much more fun. My family and I had a wonderful time. We will for sure be back.

dream come true

It was absolutely wonderfulI Light airy colors to complement its ocean front setting. Being able to walk down the back patio right to the sand was heavenly. Getting to watch my loved ones enjoy the ocean every day, some for their first time,..was pure joy:) The property managers also extremely helpful to me. It was my first time ever doing a vacation property rental and I was extremely nervous,...they kindly and patiently helped me address every concern prior to my arrival. Once I was there it was obvious I had no reason to be concerned, it was all they said and more. Best vacation I have enjoyed in a very long time. Thank you Kendall and Potter,...Kristine, Amber, Courtney...much gratitude for you all! Thank you for having such a beautiful place for people to retreat to and enjoy.

Huge views huge beach

Great location on the sand w direct beach access. Three level Floorplan and well-equipped. Not fancy and a bit dated, but comfortable.

Awesome spot right on the beach

Very clean property that had most necessities and those items you needed to bring were provided on a list from the property management. Only downside was where one bed was there was no door. Other than that it was great!

This was a great house!

Our family of 12 enjoy this house, views were wonderful, and close to stores and restraunt but you do need to drive. The many stairs would not be good if you were unable to walk good.

Great family vacation spot

Lots of pluses here. Lots of room to spread out, kitchen is well stocked, everything is in good condition and clean. Lots of stairs. Beds are a bit firm. Only concern was strong detergent smell coming from downstairs linen closet.

Perfect Getaway

What a perfect retreat for our family. Great location and house/condo met every need. Loved quick access (stairs) to the beach and even relaxing inside with ocean views. Having a well functioning kitchen made for great meal prep. The upstairs bedroom is not as closed off as we would prefer and the late check-in and early check-out are a bit of an annoyance, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be looking to come back in the future.
