Great location for iron manâŠthatâs it
This town home is large. 3 floors. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. But itâs tired and needs a deep clean. If youâre watching/participating in the IM, this is an ideal location.
When I first arrived, the house smelled musty and faint order odor of smoke. There was still coffee grounds from previous renter. Probably the the two most disgusting things was there was black hair in the 3rd floor sink (we have 2 ppl staying here and we both have blonde hair) and there was a clipped nail on the counter in the kitchen.
The simple fact that I had to ask for sponges and a dish cleaning brush is clear that cleanliness is not a priority.
What what probably was most difficult was today my son was taking a final for his differential equations final for college and the Wi-Fi went out. We had to go to the Marriott to finish the test. The manager from Coldwell Banker claimed that the problem was the local Wi-Fi provider. The house needs an upgrade.
For the amount of money this property , I am shocked by the quality of this place. Every shade in the house was broken, there was a huge hole in the master bedroom wall and the carpets hadnât tbeen cleaned in years. I am a VRBO home owner who has a premier property in SC in a resort community and we charge less per night. We make sure the house is thoroughly cleaned and at a minimum provide sponges.
