Sevärdheter och aktiviteter finns i överflöd i alla riktningar från Hearst Castle ända ner till Solvang, vilket är en timme i vardera riktningen, med massor av vinprovning möjligheter och stränder i mellan. Du har enkel tillgång till stora vägen 101 och kommer att vara gångavstånd till den berömda Jockos restaurang där du kan njuta av de största mest smakrika filet mingon och biffar till otroligt låga priser. Anländ i Pismo Beach i så lite som 10 minuter, 15 minuter till Avila Beach, 20 minuter till SLO, 4 minuter till Black Lake Golf Course, 8 minuter till Cypress Ridge Golf Course, eller 5 minuter till Santa Maria.

Det måste sägas att Nipomo är välsignad med vackra kust väder, härliga vindar havet, och underbart milda temperaturer året runt. Det ligger inbäddat i foten med en rad natursköna vyer: tunnland avokado och citron fruktträdgårdar, sanddyner gränsar till havet, ståtliga rader av eukalyptusträd som ger vindskydd och böljande kullar av vackra Kalifornien Oaks.

Beautiful property, quiet, well furnished

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. There were plenty of dishes for our use, and the use of the garage to park or motorcycles was very convenient and have us extra piece of mind. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Spacious House in Quiet Neighborhood

We booked this location for our daughter's graduation weekend at Cal Poly SLO. 25 minutes from campus was fine considering the amount of we saved. The house was more than comfortable for 6 of us and plenty of room to relax. We had a couple of questions and Sam was quick to respond. We did not have to cook since we were on the go and hanging out in SLO most of the time, but the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots, pans, utensils and the necessary gadgets to whip up a meal.There is a large 2 car garage to keep your car safe. It is close to restaurants, gas stations, super market and very close to the 101 freeway.I would definitely stay here again.

Loved our host!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at this comfortable place. But the best part was our host, who was available to help us when we mistakenly locked ourselves out! His response was immediate, friendly and solution oriented. Thank you so much! One thing: be sure to bring your own soap for the bath!

Visiting Cal Poly and UCSB

We stayed at this property while visiting both UCSB and Cal Poly over Spring Break with our high school junior. There was plenty of space for all of us. The location is about 25 minutes from Cal Poly. Close enough to make getting there easy but far enough that the price to stay was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again. Note: some of the reviews complain about the lack of a working air conditioner but the listing clearly states there is no central air conditioning. For the majority of the year, it wouldn’t be required. There are planet of fans in all the rooms and screens on all the windows.

Our 3rd stay. Great spot.

We have stayed here while visiting family for xmas the last 3 yrs. Great location with easy access to HI 101. Bedrooms , kitchen and living area all clean and spacious. We hope to return again in the future.

Great place to stay!

We had and amazing vacation. Staying here was like home away from home. It had everything we needed and more. It was close to our favorite spots to visit. They neighborhood was nice. And a bonus being able to park in a garage. We would definitely stay here again.

Good Location

Just a 15 minute drive to Pismo Beach. The townhouse was comfortable. There is very little almost no outside area to relax in. Worth the cost overall.

Family trip to beach

Very nice property in quiet area of Nipomo. Plenty of space for family of 6. Felt at home there with everything we needed provided. Short drive to Pismo Beach and San Luis Obispo for beach and activities. Stores and gas station nearby.

Nice and Reasonable

Great location to stay to visit family and very reasonably priced for a family with children. Loved being able to park in the garage since we were from out of state. Nice size kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Rooms were nice also.
