The property was great just a couple of notes.First thing would be supply 1 roll of paper towels and 1 load worth of laundry soap and dish washer soap.I would stay here again.

Excellent location with a perfect View

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed everytji g about this unit. It had everything you needed from kitchen supplies, beach chairs and toys and the view with a fantastic breeze! Loved every moment spent there.

Very Clean & Perfect Location

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Right on the beach, in a residential area, but very close to tourist area. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed to feel like home. We will definitely be back!

Gulf Winds Condo Pensacola

Older property that needs some outside work. The inside of the condo was very nice. The main bedroom needed a new comforter, however. We liked the smaller complex with beautiful uncrowded beach.

Great condo with a great view! The condo worked great for our family vacation. We have two young girls and the room with the twin beds worked perfect. The kitchen had a lot of dishes, untensils, etc.

Location

Right on the beach and walking distance to our favorite Peg Leg Pete’s! The furniture is a little warn and could use updating as well as bed pillows. I would definitely stay here again we were room 203 right beside the elevator.

Great condo! Everything was good.

We liked Steve meeting us at the condo. Everything was good. Beds are comfortable, you have all the kitchen stuff you need. This condo is exactly as advertised. Fort Pickens Rd. area is great. Highly recommend, and we hope to come back soon.

Property/room was clean. Everything was exactly as expected. Sam with Surfside Properties was extremely helpful. Always very prompt answering messages. Walk to the beach is very short. Overall, we had a great time and plan to book there again next year!

Amazing and comfortable!

This was a week of complete relaxation. The condo had everything we needed to feel at home but comes with a much better view. Walking distance to food. Comfortable couch, chairs and bed after a day of being beachside. Beautiful decorated!

Beach side bit of paradise

Gulf Winds 203 was everything we could have asked for plus especially great weather this year. Clean, well-equipped, comfortable beds, and beautiful gulf views made this a place to return. (That's why we've already re-booked for next year.) Steve welcomed us, answered all our questions, and even surprised us with some homemade chocolate chip cookies. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

The way we should say goodbye to our Dads

I enjoyed immensely our stay. I was there to say goodbye to my Dad who first brought me here on vacation as a child. Every summer. Love and miss you Dad. Love was great. I was even an hour late checking out....

It was a great condo. It was just as advertised. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the supplies you needed. The area had great access to the beach. Steve met us at the condo and welcomed us. He came by on the last day and brought us cookies. We would love to come back.

Beautiful ocean views, nice condo for a family vacation

The view of the ocean was stunning and the location was great. The condo had everything we needed with all the comforts of home for two adults and two children. The only drawback for us was that our kids really wanted to be able swim in the pool but it was too cold in early April without being heated. Additionally, the assigned covered parking spot was very small, only the smallest compact car would actually fit but we were able to easily park in the outside parking lot.

Gulf Winds #203 is a little piece of heaven!

This was our first time to Pensacola Beach and the first time renting a condo! The beach was beautiful and very clean! The condo was fantastic! The pictures of this unit are very accurate. The beds were very comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need. The beach is only steps away! I loved sitting on the balcony Morning, noon and night looking at the beautiful beach and watching the waves role in. We will definitely be back to this condo! Steve and Lori so wonderful!

Review

The property was not properly cleaned. The pull out sleeper the cover was dirty and had sand all over it. We would not use it. We had to go buy a blow up mattress. The inside shower was dirty.

Graduation weekend

The condo is beautifully decorated and is well stocked in the kitchen with basic necessities. The view is wonderful! We didn't park in the assigned spot in the covered area because we have a mini van and the spot is small and wouldn't really fit anything but a smart car. Since we were there for a graduation we brought clothes that needed ironed and there was no ironing board in the condo and the iron provided was dirty on the bottom, thankfully we brought our own small iron from home. The floors need a good mop as are feet were black on the bottoms from walking around inside. We had a busy weekend with graduation activities so didn't get to hang out on the beach as much as we would have liked, but enjoyed the balcony when at the condo. We enjoyed our stay and since our youngest will be going to college in the area will definitely rent this condo again!
