Detta nyligen ombyggda 2 nivå omvänd levande 2 sovrum 2. 5 badrum familjehem är centralt beläget i ett lugnt grannskap i Sunriver nära Fort Rock Park. Den bakre däcket blir stor morgonsol och fantastisk eftermiddag skugga under de varma sommardagar !! Den övre våningen sovrummet har en king size-säng, har den nedre sovrummet en drottning säng och den nedre vardagsrummet har en drottning Hide-a-säng som har en speciell madrass med en extra luftmadrass topp för extra komfort. Den övre våningen vardagsrummet är öppet till matsalen. Det finns en rymlig däck på övervåningen med utemöbler och en gas grill. Den nedre däck området har en utomhus bubbelpool med en integritet vägg. Det finns en stereo / CD, 4 TV-apparater med en stor 46 "platt-TV i nedre vardagsrummet, 2 videobandspelare, 3 DVD. Det finns också gratis höghastighetsanslutning till trådlöst internet. Det finns cyklar och ett bordtennisbord i garaget med uppfart parkering för minst 4 bilar. Nice comfy house in Sunriver

Lovely two level home, separate areas for two couples, or family with older kids. Nice and nicely stocked kitchen, hot tub and deck. We had some minor issues, hot tub key missing and trouble with the cable boxes. Two different times Madison came out to the house to assist us and could not have been more helpful, accommodating, patient, kind, friendly and understanding. She was an excellent customer service manager and an ideal representative for your company. She made the small inconveniences less of a hassle. We were only there for one night and we very much appreciated her level of service.

Comfortable house the only thing I would change is the tv in the main room if you have more then two people staying.

Relaxing, enjoyable snow getaway

Our family of 4 enjoyed a long weekend here. We really loved the hot tub, especially when it was -4° outside! Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Cascara management was very helpful and responsive to requests. We got snowed in one night and they not only came to clear the driveway but also helped reach out to the city to clear the street.

Great Summer Getaway

This property didn’t disappoint! The layout was perfect for our family with teenagers. The house was fully equipped with everything and anything you may need. Beautiful outdoor dining space, and great spacious kitchen. The beds were very comfy and made for a very relaxing vacation. The location was so convenient to both SHARC and the Sunriver mall area. Thanks for sharing your home with us! I highly recommend this property, and hope to return next summer.

Great house in a quiet area

This house is in the center of Sunriver, about a mile from the Village and a little less to the North Market. We would definitely stay here again. It's a very nice house with a reverse floor plan. The Master bedroom and living area were upstairs looking out into the pine trees. About the only upgrade needed is the TVs but that is not why you go to Sunriver so that was fine.

Weekend Getaway

The house was as listed, the hot tub was fantastic, the split level afforded nice privacy for the two couples in our group, and the check in and check out processes were smooth and simple. We appreciated the quick response when we asked for a late check out as well.

Winter relaxation.

Clean, well stocked kitchen, large windows to enjoy looking at beautiful trees and light snowfall. Fun board games. Also plenty of TV stations. Great hot tub.

Relaxing and quiet

Found this house to be perfect for the group we had going. The hot tub has a privacy wall which was perfect to help relax and it was very quiet. Neighborhood was very quiet as well. The place was very clean and even had a waffle iron which was even better. Overall very relaxing place to stay and close enough to the village but far enough away that there wasn’t a lot of people.

Just a few extras would make the stay perfect

Property was clean. I think they should put a larger TV in main area. We were using the downstairs pull out, so the tiny TV was not well suited for watching movies as group. Also grill was dirty and caused grease fire, so might want to make sure that it clean. Also no A/C and the heat was a bit unbearable. Also a binder that says where things like towels etc are and maybe some to go menus from nearby restaurants.

Awesome vacation home

We had such a lovely time here! The home was perfect for the four of us. The downstairs was a nice area to put the teens they had their own living space and bedroom. Hot tube and location was great! A+++ place to stay in Sunriver and we have stayed at a lot of homes here throughout the years! Thank you!

Easter weekend getaway

We really enjoyed staying here. The house was very cozy and clean. We had everything we needed. The house is in a great location and feels very private. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub. We would definitely stay again.
