Bright Apartment a few steps from Duomo and Train Station. Wifi, A/C, W&D
Regina apartment is in the historic downtown of Florence. It is quiet and peaceful because it is located in a secondary street, but a stone's throw from the Dome. It has been totally refurbished in 2022 and all the appliances are top notch and brand new.

In the immediate vicinity of Regina apt you will find a supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias, shops of all kinds, a pharmacy and more. The apt is also very close to the Santa Maria Novella train station, from where you can leave for a daily tour to Pisa, Siena, Bologna and, in less than 2 hours, also Milan and Rome.
The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed and living room with a view of the Medici chapels, with sofa bed, A/C and TV.
A kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine + dryer, induction cooker, microwave oven.
A bathroom with window and shower. The apartment is on the second floor, there is no lift but the stairs are wide and easy to climb.

Being the manager and owner of two small structures, Regina apartment 3953908 and Principio apartment 896240 (you can read over one hundred 5 stars reviews) allows me to welcome you in person and to answer the questions that will inevitably arise in a new city, country or continent. The moment of check-in is a fundamental moment for me to get to know my guests, present the apartment, answer your questions about museums, restaurants or events in the city.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The San Lorenzo neighborhood is one of the most characteristic of Florence. I chose it 7 years ago when I started managing Principio Apartment (vrbo 896240) of which you can read the over 100 5 star reviews.
Regina and Principio apartment are located in the same building, in Via dell'Alloro.
I also chose this neighborhood because it's a 10 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station (the main station in downtown Florence) to facilitate the arrival of the guests who reach Florence by train.
To reach Regina Apartment from the station, the easiest way is from the Underpassage you find under the station (use the escalator you find near the central exit of the station and then take left - you'll find the underpassage). Follow the underpassage to the end and you will find yourself in Via Panzani, from there you will reach Regina and Principio Apartments in a few minutes.
