Finbyggnad 2014, ligger lägenheten på en hiss tillgänglig tredje våningen i en antik byggnad som ligger några steg från Duomo och Michelangelo s David på Accademia Gallery.
Huset är utrustat med luftkonditionering och gratis internet.
Det stora sovrummet med en queen size-säng, har ett badrum med badrum med en stor dusch; det ljusa och breda vardagsrummet har två enkla bäddsoffor (100 cm bred) och en gästtoalett.
Den eleganta matsalen ligger nära det fullt utrustade köket (diskmaskin, ugn, mikrovågsugn, dropp kaffebryggare, vattenkokare, brödrost, processor med flera livsmedel). Den soliga verandan är perfekt för att äta frukost med en fantastisk utsikt över Duomo.

A Home Away From Home

I cannot say enough about our awesome stay at Valentina’s beautiful home. We stayed for 7 days and it truly felt like home away from home. The location is excellent and had all of the amenities you could ask for. But the best part was meeting Valentina who is an outstanding host and the nicest person you will ever meet. She gave us a tour of the apartment and was always available if we needed her. We would love to come back and stay here again in the future.

Great Apartment in Florence

This apartment was a fantastic find! My husband and I stayed 4 nights and loved it! The location is perfect, close to all of the sights as well as the train station, shops, restaurants. We enjoyed meeting Valentina and appreciated the tour of the apartment upon our arrival. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Having a washing machine available is always a bonus! We plan to return to Florence for another trip and will definitely be planning our trip around availability of this apartment!

If this place is available, BOOK IT!

We can’t say enough amazing things about this place. Much larger than what we expected, clean, comfortable bed, and in a place that appeared to be within 800m of anything. Valentina was an amazing host, would highly recommend.

Perfect!

A very lovely and well appointed apartment. Conveniently located near to many points of interest which made our time in Firenze very walkable. Large space, clean and comfortable. We were there for one weekend but could easily have stayed longer. Valentina was a pleasure to meet and made check in and check out very easy. I would highly recommend this property.

THE PERFECT SPOT

My wife and I stayed here for 10 days Feb/23 Valentina is amazing, the home is exactly as advertised, and yes, the Duomo is as close as it looks in the picture. Somehow it is quiet location in the middle of the historic Center of Florence. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of towels, coffee in the cupboard, etc.etc. Zero negatives, stay here if you can!

Don't hesitate-perfect treasure of a property and owner!

Beyond incredible! Location was a dream, the property far exceeded our expectations & Valentina was absolutely the best ever! She was truly kind, considerate and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The property was equipped with everything we needed and more! Her lovely bottle of Prosecco & snack was so thoughtful. The kitchen was fully stocked and the space was a wonderful place to recharge. So convenient and yet so quiet. Valentina is the kind of special person we remember from our travels. She elevated a wonderful trip to extraordinary. Thank you for sharing your lovely property with us. It was a pleasure meeting you!

Wonderful apartment for our days in Florence! Central location. Spacious, comfortable beds (even sofabeds). Well-stocked kitchen. Premium feel throughout. Host Valentina was very welcoming and helpful at checkin/out. Yes, all the previous reviews praising the apartment are exactly true. Only downside was the very small and cramped balcony, which was right next to a noisy terrace for the hotel next door. But this was only a minor inconvenience since there was no noise just inside. Overall, an excellent value, a fantastic choice

Amazing apartment overlooking Duomo

This apartment is perfect in every way! Valentina has thought of everything! It's spacious, beautiful, spotless and has an updated kitchen and bath. The view from the balcony is amazing-- overlooking the terracotta rooftops and Duomo. We ate our breakfast there every morning. It truly felt like home! The location is very convenient--moments from the Duomo, Accademia, etc. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance (as is most of old Florence). And the icing on the cake are the owners. Valentina is one of the nicest people! She helped us with cabs, museum tickets and was always available to answer questions. She made our vacation extra special. We hope to return next year. Italy is truly a magical place!

Home away from home

We stayed at the apartment April 9-18 and had a wonderful time. It is a large, cheerful and peaceful place you can truly call home. What made it different is Valentina who welcomed us upon arrival and explained everything about the place and gave us a welcome gift and recommendation regarding restaurants and answered all our questionsThe apartment is large and furnished with taste and had everything you need . The bedroom is large with a comfortable bed and plenty of closets. The adjoining bathroom has a shower and bidet. There are two large living areas with three sofas and a large dining area with five chairs. There a separate half bathroom. There are many lights and a small balcony with a view of the Dumo. Heating and air conditioning works well. There is an elevator and it is in a safe area with numerous shops and restaurants. Just outside there is a fine cafe and grocery stores. The Dumo is three minutes away and the Uffizi gallery 10-15 minutes walking and the Academia 5 minutes away.Valentina booked a taxi to take us to the airport at 415 AM and it came on time. She is a lovely genuine person willing and eager to help and made us feel at home. Communication with her was easy and she answered our questions and requests promptly I highly recommend this apartment and looking forward to coming back to Florence in my home away from home

Wow! This large Florence apartment is full of Italian charm and modern amenities! It is a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and square and convenient to many amazing restaurants, museums (the statue of David is a couple blocks away), the tram and many other historical sites. We enjoyed the small balcony overlooking Florence and you can truly see the Duomo from the balcony. I took a nighttime picture and looks exactly like the picture in this listing. There are many shops (leather, jewelry, groceries, cafes etc) within within steps of this unit. Our hosts - Valentina and Lorenzo were so very kind and helpful and quickly responded to our questions. Upon arrival, we were met by Nicolle who gave us a tour and explained they all aspects of the apartment. It was so nice to have air conditioning in the bedroom, kitchen and living room - it was about 90F for most of the days. Check in and check out instructions were easy and clear. I would give 10 stars if I could - but definitely 5 stars for everything! Thank you Valentina and Lorenzo!!-Dixie and Paul

You’ll never find such an awesome apartment in a perfect location. Clean and perfectly equipped with anything you need during your stay. Valentina is a gracious host that took care of my every need. From the moment we arrived and Valentina met us at the door you anticipated this was special…and it was . Starting with an elevator to our room , then the home like comfort of the apartment equipped with everything you could possibly need. Did I mention clean ! It was spotless and without strange odors . The location was great and this was our best rental experience on our three week vacation. Thank You Valentina.

Spacious, Clean, Great Host and Location

Valentina was an excellent host and the apartment was spacious, clean, and centrally located to everything for our 7 night stay. The Duomo was 2 blocks away, grocery stores less than a block, and plenty of restaurants near by. If you rent a car, there is parking (paid for 35-40EU a night) right outside the building entrance door, which made it easy for us to come and go (730am-12am it is open) for our side ventures outside of Florence. Valentia is an excellent host and responded quickly by phone/text to any questions we had. The washing machine came in handy and there is a clothes rack to dry on the patio quickly, as the sun hits that side of the building from the am to mid day. Plenty of basics (salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, supplied coffee/expresso pods) coffee and expresso coffee maker. If you are looking for a place in the heart of Florence that is spacious, clean, accommodating, and in a very safe location, look no further!
