Great property, great location.

Perfect spot to tour Florence for couples

This lovely apartment was an added bonus for our first trip to Florence. Clean and comfortable apartment in a beautiful building on a side street between the train and the sites - perfect! Kitchenette was well equipped and perfect to use for a quick breakfast on our way to the train, bed is comfortable. The location was great for both seeing the sites of Florence and taking day trips by train - everything in walking distance. Check-in was easy - they touched base with us a couple of days before the trip and were immediately responsive the day of, ensuring an easy arrival. Hope to return again!

Nice apartment, but....

The apartment was nice, the son of the owner who checked us in was very nice and helpful. When specifically asked, he told us check out time was 11:00. Both my husband and I were there for this discussion. At 10:00 the owner was already there, ringing the bell and telling us it was time to get out. The shower wouldn't drain, so my husband couldn't take a shower. I never even got to get ready for the day. We packed up as soon as we could to get out (which was less than 30 minutes) but the owner was very angry and accused us of lying that we knew check out time was at 10:00 and blamed us for blocking the drain. Hate to tell her that no one would ever choose to start the day off like that willingly. I understand that she needed us out as soon as possible but she was not a nice person and we would never stay there again. We will probably never stay at a VRBO again either after this experience.

Wonderful Apartment

This apartment was amazing and charming. It has a lot of high end features and extras that make you feel like you are staying in a 5 star hotel. We absolutely loved our stay here. It is also very close to all of the sites we wanted to see.

Excellent apartment in Florence Italy

This place was perfect! Check in was easy- Claudio met us at property and explained how to use everything in apartment. They thought of everything you may need and provided. Walking distance to all area attractions! We were fortunate to find this place and would stay again on our next visit.

Perfecto location

Great location within walking distance of museums, historic sights and restaurants. Convenient to train station and short distance from Medici Chapel. Beautiful furnishings, while not comfortable we’re appreciated. Limited kitchen counter space yet functional. Any shortcomings in terms of of decor comfort, offset by location. Would recommend

Stunning apartment in a great central location!

This spotless apartment is in a beautiful and charming building, with very high ceilings and modern amenities. The location is perfect, an easy walk from the train station, and also easily walkable to the Duomo, Uffizi, Accademia, and Ponte Vecchio. Supermarket is conveniently next door. Highly recommended place to stay in Florence!

Excellent Location

We loved this apartment and would definitely stay again. The location was perfect including being very close to train station and airport tram stop. Check-in was easy and the couple of times we had to communicate during the visit were quickly responded to and handled.

Disappointing

A day before our arrival we where notified that the Washer/Dryer was broken. The person suggested we could go to a laundry place to do our laundry. That was not a solution for us, we didn't come to Florence to find a laundry place. They kept saying it is not their fault, which I agreed but it is their responsibility. I requested a credit of $50 which I did receive. The AC unit in the main room shut off 5 times in the first day. You had to go to the electrical panel each time to restart. Between these two issues and the apartment being much smaller in person than in the photographs shown we left a day earlier than planned. So they got paid 2 days for only 1 night stay. No compensation was offered for the early departure. Lastly the people I met in person and over the WhatsApp texting where kind of confrontational.

Beautiful apartment close to major attractions

A great find. Close to the Santa Maria Novella train station, Duomo, museums, great shopping and restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable and has many amenities. Wonderful Property!

The beautifully appointed apartment was perfect for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need, including a coffee maker with pods. The host also got us started with milk, oj, Prosecco and bacon, eggs and bread. The location is perfect - close to everything and the hosts are very responsive to any questions. Definitely would recommend if staying in Florence!

My husband and I were pleased with the visit to your apartment. The breakfast items provided by you were much appreciated. It was great that you provided a user manual (with English translation) for the apartment. We had a minor problem with a slow draining shower that was addressed and fixed by Sandy and a nice gentleman within 45 minutes. From check-in to check-out, you made our stay enjoyable! Grazie!

Medici Chapel 2 minutes away

This property is centrally located to most tourist destinations, i.e., museums, basilicas, restaurants, etc. The Medici Chapel is a two minute walk from the front door. The Central Market is a five minute walk as is the Duomo. There are five restaurants within a two minute walk and eight within five minutes. Also convenient was the modest grocery store next door. As with any city location, there is street noise and we advise visitors to bring ear plugs. The coffee machine worked well (coffee pods were included) and more pods could be purchased at the grocery store next door. Be aware that it doesn't have an automatic shutoff. For those who choose to cook some of their own meals, the kitchen was well supplied with quality cookware, cutlery and china.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely time in Florence. The apartment is conveniently located to the train station and beautiful florentine sites. The apartment is clean, and comfortable. The bed is roomy and comfortable. Sandy our contact was so very helpful and kind. Communication was stellar, plus she stocked the refrigerator with breakfast foods and a bottle of Prosecco! So kind! One note: bring ear plugs, Florence is noisy due to the narrow streets and traffic. We would definitely stay here again! Grazie!

Firenze Magnifico

Many IT failures on our side made communications challenging. Pier Luigi and his team were great - communicative and attentive. Florence still sweltering under heat dome, and I must say crush of tourists was hard to handle, especially when so many of them are loud, rude, full of self-regard and have no idea why they have come to Florence. All locals we encountered were kind, courteous and patient - how they manage such grace when their city is literally under siege I do not know. Our third visit to Florence. We added day trips to Fiesole, Lucca and Verona. Verona sadly also overrun. Will never forget chance to see frescoes by my Renaissance love, Masaccio, up close. A very special thrill. Thank you PL and thank you Florence. We will always love you.

Clean and close to everything!

Beautiful place, very comfortable and close to everything….the train station, the train to the airport and all the sites. Really appreciated that the host put a few groceries in the refrigerator for us. That was a sweet touch. It was super convenient having the grocery store right downstairs.

Amazing!

We loved our stay in the appartment ! Sandy greeted us with her son and they helped us with our suitcases. They were SO nice, professional and cheerful ! The apartment is wonderful, clean and bright. Deco is awesome, and there are lots of interesting gadgets. The shower, amazing ! The AC in the appartment was a must considering outside temps raised to 38C. The location is perfect. A few meters from the train station and also a few meters from the Santa Maria del Fiore. Everything walking distance. I recommend this place, it was just perfect. We should have stayed longer !

Fabulous Property

Host and property manager Roxana provided an excellent stay, down to every little detail. Apartment looks just like pictures and it was a treat to stay there. Roxana even provided breakfast food for us - so thoughtful. Book this property if you have the chance. Centrally located and an easy walk from the train station (and I had an injured knee). She even helped me find a doctor to look at my knee. Would give it more stars if I could. Thank you for a lively apartment.
