Denna eleganta lägenhet ligger 50 meter från Piazza del Duomo, i det mest centrala området i staden där alla sevärdheter är belägna (museer, restauranger, pubar, kyrkor ..). Lägenheten ligger på 4: e våningen utan hiss i en forntida florentinsk byggnad. LA CUPOLA-lägenheten består av en korridor som leder till två dubbelrum, två badrum med dusch och en lounge med pentry. Fönstren vetter direkt mot Duomo och dess kupol och erbjuder en spektakulär och unik utsikt över Duomo. Golven var gjorda med en elegant parkett. Lägenheten är utrustad med luftkonditionering i sovrummen och i hallen, med en tvättmaskin och ett modernt utrustat kök.
Det är välkomnande och komplett med alla nödvändiga bekvämligheter för att tillbringa en avkopplande och bekväm vistelse.

Location, location,location!!! This property was within very easy walking distance of all of the manor sites, multiple good reestaurants and the train station. The apartment itself was adequate with a well equipped kitchen. One bedroom was very comfortable but in the other was a very low and less comfortable bed. There was a clothes washer that was very convenient but no dryer. We used a drying rack that was provided. The biggest issue was that the apartment was up 84 steps with no elevator. The host was friendly and responsive.

Perfect location and lovely host

Everything was spot on. We loved staying here. It’s easy to walk to all the attractions from the apartment. Our host, Irene, communicated with me clearly and was friendly and accommodating. We’d definitely stay here again when we come back to Firenze.

The best

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in this marvelous apartment for 13 days. The apartment had everything we need it was like a home away from home. The location was perfect and waking up looking at the Duomo with the sound of the bells was like heaven. Words cannot describe how amazing human beings the owners Irene and Salvatore are. We are very lucky to have found this apartment. Thank you so much Irene and Salvatore.

PLEASANTLY SURPRISED

This apartment is dead smack in the heart of Florence. Beautiful views of the The Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore dome (Duomo). Walking distance to all the major attractions and train station. The owners, Salvatorre and Irene were very responsive to our messages. Salvatore met us at the property when we arrived even though we got there past 10 pm. The owners left us some yogurt and milk inside the ref. The property was properly stocked with kitchen wares, utensils, and cleaning supplies. The rooms were clean and spacious. Just like everyone mentioned, you’ll get used to the flight of stairs.

Great apartment and location

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The host provided a few essentials for us as we arrived a bit late. Irene was very responsive and helpful. The location of the apartment was amazing. There are many stairs and getting our luggage to and from was a bit difficult but worth it for the experience. Going in and out of the apartment was pretty effortless once we didn’t have luggage to contend with.

Wonderful Rental

This was a wonderful apartment. We loved the proximity to the Duomo and the historical part of town. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The only thing to note is that if you have difficulty walking up steps, this may not be for you. But if you are able, this place is one in a million.

Perfect location, great view, lovely apartment

The view matches the comfort of the apartment. Having two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms makes this a perfect place for 2 couples or a family of four. The location is fantastic with good restaurants literally steps from the door. The steps to the apartment help burn off the pasta! Irene is a super host and easy to communicate with. We hope to return again soon.

The best place to stay in Florence

Irene’s husband met us at the apartment when we arrived to show us around and give us a quick rundown on places to go and things to do. His recommendations were excellent, as we tried several. And the apartment was clean and very quiet when the windows were closed at night. Comfy beds too. Close to everything! By day 2, we were used to all the steps. Well worth the climb! We loved Florence and hope to visit again one day. Would definitely stay here again too. Thank you so much Irene and Salvatore!

Fantastic location

This apartment home was fantastic!!! A perfect walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see in Florence. The view is spectacular! Loved waking to the sounds of the Duomo’s bells every morning (they don’t ring until 7am, quiet all night). The apartment is spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable and having the kitchen saved lots of time and money, The only drawback is the five flights of stairs but that is a small price to pay for the view. I would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Irene and Salvatore for sharing this beautiful home with us.

Visiting Florence

Amazing view from the windows of the Florence Cathedral. The apartment is very open and spacious, nice bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers- this was great since there were 4 of us. Our hostess was amazing- helped us reserve a taxi for an early departure. We will definitely come back and stay!!

Amazing location and hosts!

Irene was amazing. She was so communicative the whole time. My plane to Italy had mechanical issues and I ended up missing my connection and being very delayed. Irene and her husband met my older mom at the VRBO and helped her get her bags upstairs, her phone connected to the wifi, and showed her restaurants and places nearby on a map. The location is near everything. You have a great view and short walks to all the main attractions (~10 minutes). The apartment was very clean and exactly like the photos. As mentioned it is up 4 flights of stairs, so I would avoid bring heavy roller bags. I would absolutely recommend Irene's place to everyone.

Fantastic and peaceful location in the historic center of Firenze

We have stayed in really great apartments all around the city over the past 30 years, usually traveling with our son and sometimes with friends, too. This time it was just my husband and I, but when I stumbled upon the listing for the Cupola apartment, we thought it looked perfect. The central location was extremely convenient, the hosts were quick to communicate, and we had plenty of space to spread out and work when necessary. Most importantly, this central spot was remarkably SILENT at night. We have heard motorini, drunk tourists, and general chaos in other parts of the city. Ironically, the Cupola was the most quiet of all. It was magical to wake to the sounds of the bells every morning. It was convenient to pop "home" late afternoon to freshen up before heading out for an aperitivo. The wifi worked well for email, but phone calls were more challenging. Video calls were unsuccessful, but the one bedroom - the first one as one enters the apartment - was fine for brief audio calls. My husband had difficulty communicating with clients, so connectivity was really the only down side to our stay. Salvatore and Irene were great hosts who offered abundant recommendations. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing holiday in the heart of Firenze.

Great location 10 minutes to everything

Our property stay was fantastic. The property has everything you need. Especially if you do not want to eat out every night. Salvatore meet us at the apartment, and his introduction to Florence was magnificent. He is right, every major attraction is within 10 to 15 minute walk. Perfect for us. Went out, came back and rested. Went out again. There is no lift, but after a few days the four flights of stairs were a breeze.

Very nice apartment

Irene's apartment was very well furnished and comfortable. A terrific location close to everthing. To be any closer to the Duomo we would have to sleep in the bell tower. She is friendly, she met us at the apartment, spoke english very well and was a very caring and responsive host too. Hot water went out for a little while and she rushed over on her bike and fixed it herself! She made sure we had some small breakfast items for our first morning after traveling to get there. I highly recommend her apartment, but bring small luggage as she honestly says in her listing....It is a great apartment on the 5th floor with no elevator. I would stay there again...No problem. Grazie mille Irene.

Great location and gracious hosts

Centrally located with a beautiful view of the Duomo. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Visited with our teenage son and it was perfect for the 3 of us!

Perfect 2br/2ba Florence apt with amazing views

First, communication with Irene was fast, clear, and easy. She made the whole process a pleasure. The apartment is exactly as she describes - a wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment only a block from the Duomo. The place was immaculately clean, and cooking and cleaning essentials were provided (salt/pepper, oil, sugar, coffee in kitchen and cleaning supplies). They also provided juice, milk, butter, yogurt and biscuits which was so considerate. Salvatore welcomed us and provided maps and restaurant suggestions - all wonderful - especially Trattoria Benevenuto and Gelateria del Neri. I have only great things to say. Note that it is a 4 flight walk-up - no elevator. It was not a problem for us - it was essential for the great views! Thank you to Irene and Salvatore for enabling this stay. We will recommend to friends.

Lovely in every way

My teenage daughter and I had a short stay at the Cupola and we wish it were longer. The owners are responsive, kind, and thoughtful. We had a few breakfast necessities waiting for us and a map marking grocery stores. You can’t beat this location. I loved waking up the the bells each morning and looking out at the Cupola, which was literally just across the street. Stay here if you can! You’ll be happy you did!
