Enjoy a peaceful stay in a quiet neighborhood, with several beautiful beaches & local shopping nearby. Donât miss the famous Iggyâs Seafood. Whether you're here to relax, explore, or indulge in local cuisine, our 792 sq. ft. space is the perfect base for your getaway. Book now and experience the best of Oakland Beach.

The neighborhood is very quiet with friendly neighbors.
Access to the house is via a Smart Lock. The code will be provided the day before arrival.
This is a small updated single family Bungalow, measuring about 792 square feet. Think early to mid 1900's summer beach cottage! There is a living room, dining room, kitchen, and full bathroom on the main floor. The second floor has a large loft style bedroom with two Queen sized beds.
Please note that this property is managed by a professional Property Management Company, which requires the guest making the booking to sign a separate "Rental Conditions" form and provide a copy of their driver's license. This information is used exclusively by the Property Manager for safety, security, and emergency purposes. Rest assured, the copy remains within the software, is encrypted, and does not leave the system.
