Hi Alissa, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you found the townhouse clean and conveniently located. We’re sorry to hear that the beds were uncomfortable and didn’t provide the restful sleep you deserved during your stay. We also understand how frustrating the parking situation must have been, especially since garage access was one of the main reasons you chose the property. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will take your feedback into consideration. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Crested Butte for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay! Warmest regards, The Alpine Property Management Team

Hi Shane, I'm so sorry you didn't find what you needed for the a/c units. We have spoken to our crew about this and have them all set up at this time and they know to double check before a guest is coming in. A/C isn't something we see out here so there was a bit of a learning curve for us on this. Incredibly sorry about that. Best Shay

Mary we are incredibly sorry to hear your dog was attacked! The owner of the other dogs was VERY wrong in that there IS a leash law throughout Mt. Crested Butte. We have reached out to the HOA as well to alert them. Point being is that they were absolutely in the wrong. That is a very active dog community up there and I'd say that most people follow the rules. We are dog lovers as well and that kind of behavior is intolerable. Our most profuse apologies to you and to your pup.
