Seaside weekend

Perfect weekend getaway!

The carriage house was perfect for two! The bikes were the most fun way to get around Watercolor and to neighboring towns. The amenities that Watercolor had to offer were so fun. Mike was very helpful and accommodating. Would love to stay here again!

Cute Bungalow with great WC access

Fabulous location. Cozy and perfect for our 28th wedding anniversary. Short walk orBike ride to Watercolor or seaside. AC works very well. Bed was comfortable. Perfect place to disconnect - Wi-Fi is very spotty.

Wedding guests at Watercolor

A wonderful cute property perfect for couples attending a special event! Our host Michael ensured we had everything necessary for our stay, even a welcome bottle of wine. Location is fabulous.

This darling apartment has everything you need for a weekend away. The location makes it easy to walk anywhere and Michael is a wonderful host.

Fun in the Sun

We came down for a wedding in Watercolor and this property was perfect for our stay. Location is incredible and you can walk or bike anywhere you'd like to go in the area. Mike was super responsive and even let us check in early based on availability. We got to use the Watercolor amenities right away! Can't wait to come back to visit again.

wonderful private location

we had a fabulous time in this cute little carriage house. mike was an excellent host...answered any questions we had. the carriage house was clean and had just enough for a get away. the bikes were a plus...we were able to ride all over watercolor. very close to the beach and beach club. we would love to come back and stay here again!

Weekend getaway for 2

It was a lovely unit for 2 people. Comfortable bed. Nice towels. Very tiny. We only used the refrigerator and ate our snacks sitting on the bed. Served our needs.

Needed one night before checking into another property. This property feels very old and not really clean and cared for. The owner or manager was very nice and accommodating as we needed to have an early check in, so that's admirable, but I would probably not stay here again.

Cozy and Adorable

Perfect location, within walking distance of the a pool, boathouse, lake, walking trails and park. Close to trolley stop as well, but an easy stroll through the park to restaurants, shopping, the main pools, beach access.

Weekend Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at the Carriage House! Michael was extremely accommodating and communicative before and during our stay. The location is ideal and as it's part of the Watercolor, the amenities are amazing. For a couple, this is the perfect spot and we couldn't recommend it more!

The carriage house was cute and definitely a good location. However, the bathroom was extremely dirty, and the shower did not drain properly. The bathmat provided was not clean and definitely in need of replacement. One of the two bikes had a flat tire and information for the bike lock was not provided with materials and delayed activities on our only full day.

Perfect long weekend getaway spot

We booked this property for the long weekend of Fourth of July about a month out. Everything was perfect and exactly what my boyfriend and I needed. Mike was so easy to communicate with! We will absolutely stay again!

Perfect stay

The property was as advertised. Everything was clean and comfortable. I really only slept there, but it was great for that. I used one of the bicycles on my first day and it was great for getting between Watercolor and Seaside. I would definitely consider staying again.

Great location

It was a great location! Very close to everything you would want to see in watercolor! Very humid inside the unit. Almost everything we had remained damp the entirety of our stay.

Great location and value

This is the fourth carriage house we have stay at in the area in the past two years. It is the closest we have ever been to the beach and beach club. There are larger and nicer places at Watercolor but they are more expensive. I thought this was a good value, especially with the beach chairs and bicycles included.

Fantastic place, great location, peace, quiet, and beach

We really enjoyed staying here. Very quiet neighborhood, 5 minute walk to beach, dining, etc. Bike riding through Watercolor is really nice. Comfortable, well maintained place, nicely equipped kitchenette. Communication with owner was very responsive. Flat tire on one of the bikes that came with the unit, the owner compensated for renting one from the bike rental place around the corner. We needed a relaxing vacation and this was perfect!

Weekend at Watercolor

The Carriage House was the perfect place for a weekend trip for two. Michael was a helpful host and we were warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine and a note with useful information. The little kitchen was all we needed for making coffee and snacks. It was a hot, hot weekend so we were thankful for the cozy and cool space. Watercolor is a great resort. We didn’t leave the property during our stay; everything we wanted was right there. We really enjoyed using the provided bicycles to ride around the neighborhood.

Location, location, location!

I have stayed on a section of 30A for many years and this is the best location for the money. It is an older property so keep that in mind when booking. It is also the smallest place I have stayed, however, it is a carriage house so that is to be expected. I stayed here for the amenities and location as I spent much of my time at a conference and by the pool or on the beach. I am cautious of traveling alone and felt safe the entire time I was in the area. I parked under the house and rode a bike the rest of the time. This was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

We live in Atlanta, our favorite pastime is taking care of our three grandchildren. Laura and I enjoy meeting new people and learning new things, hosting guests in our home is a great way to do that. Varför värden valde detta boende

The home is close to everything: hiking trails, beaches,the Beach Club and Western Lake. Personally,I really enjoy hiking the trail system that winds through Watercolor. But probably my favorite thing is walking through the parks with my my wife and enjoying the beautifully manicured grounds.
