Perched on the harbor in Ventura, this resort is a tranquil maritime paradise. Lose yourself in the gentle rhythms of the sea as you relax and rejuvenate under the Southern California sun.
The Space:
At Harbor Town Point you'll have a place to lay your head after a busy day in the city! Rest easy in your 1 bedroom/1 bath + condo that is 954 sq ft! The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed, and attached en suite. In the living room there is a queen sofa sleeper, a queen bed, and access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the sights with your guests. This condo can accommodate up to 6 guests! A partial kitchen and a dinning room, allows you the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. With all the necessary amenities, and so much to fun to have in the city/surrounding are, you're sure to make memories to last a lifetime!

Guest Access:
No air conditioning; day temperatures run in mid-70s, nights are cool
You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resortâs Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resortâs Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.
Pets are not permitted.
Daily housekeeping might be available at an additional charges.
No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.
