Newly refurbished in and out. Very comfortable and very clean. Convenient to local attractions especially golf. Good communications with host. Separate baths make it great for multiple adults. Would definitely book again. Thank you.

My family of 7 stayed here this past week for a wedding, and we all thought the place was beautiful, clean and in a great location. There was plenty of kitchen supplies and stocked bathrooms. We would 100% recommend anyone to stay here.

Great stay for 8 adults. 3.5 bathrooms are a plus. Plenty of linen/towels. Well stocked essentials in kitchen for cooking. Remodeled with comfort in mind. Would stay there again.

Perfect house for a group. The house was fully equipped, clean, and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen was easy to cook in and everyone had their own space with a TV.

The house was amazingly well kept and very comfortable. We had children stay under 5, and it was safe and posed no issues. Very close to Del Monte Beach and also close to a grocery store, which made it super convenient. The neighborhood was quiet.

Recently remolded house. Very clean. Rooms were more than adequate for my six adults and grandchildren. Would definitely rent again when we come back to Monterey

Lovely property. Very central to be able to get to local attractions. Only disappointment was advise that it is the visitors responsibility to provide their own gas for outside dining, which we didn’t feel we should have to do and the inconvenience of going to the garage to exchange gas bottles. There was only enough gas for one BBQ and unable to use the outside gas heater provided which would have been nice. Everything else was excellent.

Vincent was very communicative. This house was gorgeous and very clean. As a group of girls my biggest concern was safety and here we felt very safe.

Unforgettable Home

Everyone was impressed about our stay . Instructions from the host (Vincent) was simple and clear easy to follow. Location of the house is accessible to stores , gasoline stations , beach. the house is very clean , the rooms are huge , mattress and pillows is soo comfortable! We will definitely come back if their is availability. Thanks Vincent!

Family friendly!

Beautiful home! It was pleasant and quiet. Thoughtful amenities allowed us to stay in, relax, and enjoy family time. Loved the wildlife and landscapes around the neighborhood. We saw two turkeys on our walk which the kids were very excited about! Vincent was a great communicator and very responsive. We’ll definitely look to stay there again on our next trip to the area.

Wonderful Property

The house is exactly as advertised. Newly refurbished, really well equipped, excellent kitchen and well working BBQ, nice backyard and patio area, nicely appointed rooms. Garage for a regular car, generous driveway parking, and street parking available. Perfect for families or large groups.

Wonderful, clean and beautiful!

We loved our stay so much- within 20 minutes we knew we would be coming back here! This beautiful spot overlooks the ocean, is 10-15 min from Carmel & was just very cozy and functional. It was very well equipped and comfortable! We will be back! 😊

Well Maintained Property by Airport

This house is very well maintained and located close to the airport and fairgrounds. It was very clean and well represented. There are a few things to note for future renters: This house has no AC. Luckily it was pretty nice weather, so it was not horrible with windows open and fans running. I'm sure most if the houses along the coast are this way, but coming from So Cal, we are AC snobs. The driveway is on the steep side, so any lower vehicles or exotics will have a hard entrance. The garage is too small for anything on the larger side. Plenty of parking along the front. The 4th queen bedroom entrance is located outside, and the lock to get in is a little tricky and did not always work. We found if you pull the door closed while entering code, it works better. Maybe something management can look into. Beds were really comfortable and linens were soft and nice. We will 100% stay again and the neighbors and neighborhood was very nice!!

Great space and feel. Communication was straight forward and quick. Everything you need for a relaxing time with friends or family. There was no metion of nearby airport which was a little annoying at first but ended after dark and started first thing in the morning. Having to fill propane tanks is not the best option for guests, also probably not the safest place to store them in the garage next to water heater, Safety wise. Just my suggestion. Overall the place was great..
