Living room, fully equipped kitchenette, double bedroom, single bedroom but for two people: ideal for kids. Note that you can climb into the bed from only one side. Tsin second bedroom is an informal solution that is great for kids or adults who are flexible with respect to the particular arrangement of the bed that is inserted between the walls of the room and is therefore accessible only from the long side of the bed. see the photographs.
The bathroom of the house is accessible by passing through the main bedroom

I am convinced that it is better to climb some steps but not run the risk of not sleeping at night due to noise, or having a dark house. For me, the view and light are fundamental characteristics and having an outdoor space to eat is equally fundamental

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
I love the San Lorenzo neighborhood. It is the most characteristic of Florence and extremely central. The Duomo is just 5 minutes walk away. The station and all connections can also be reached perfectly.
The Medici family had their palace right on my street! Via De' Ginori. It is a beautiful and well-lit street, with many shops and therefore very safe.

The terrace with a table for 4 people and the view are certainly unique features. The house is ideal for those looking for a small penthouse with a view over the rooftops of Florence and the Duomo. Dynamic people ready to climb 64 ââsteps just to have silence, light, outdoor space and a view. I think the little effort is worth it
