Vardagsrummet har 52 "platt-TV, DVR. Gas spis. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek, uteplats utomhus. Steg till South Bay Front stranden! Två bilgarage parkering. Girls Trip

This cottage is so nostalgic and cozy. The owner has thought of everything! Comfy beds, easy to contact owner she is very responsive, location is great ! 3 ladies stayed here and there was plenty of room.

Family Weekend

This cottage was exactly as advertised - Clean, well equipped/furnished and well located. Everything about it was comfortable, cozy and available. Very nice gift basket and note awaited us! Plus, starter supplies of coffee, water and laundry soap. Our host Kimberly was very prompt with any/all questions, etc. Recommend very highly, and hope to return soon!

Lovely Home

This house was a perfect stay! Everything was near by from restaurants, bars, market and the marina only 5 min walk. The house also had everything you need inside like in your home. The host was great she immediately responded when needed. Loved it! The stay here was perfect!

Great location and cottage

Enjoyed our 3 nights in the Diamond Cottage. Owner was very responsive, unit was clean and well stocked. Location was great to walk to the downtown area of the island, with lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Great experience and beautiful place.

My daughters and I had a wonderful time. Location is amazing. Enjoyed all of it. The host did a great job with communication. House was very clean and quaint. We hope to be back soon.

I stayed at this charming Balboa cottage tucked away in a lower-level duplex—just three homes away from Balboa’s South Shore beach. Growing up on the same street, returning here felt like a nostalgic homecoming.The space is naturally bright and open, with a layout that truly makes you feel relaxed. I loved how the sunlight poured in, giving the cottage a warm, inviting vibe.The front porch provided a perfect retreat—a quiet space to read, enjoy a glass of wine, and watch the gentle pace of the day unfold. The blend of casual comfort and the neighborhood’s timeless charm made every moment feel effortlessly inviting.

Wonderful!

The home was charming and comfortable and the location was great! Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops and just steps from the beach and walking path around the island. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for an excellent stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Subdude but sublime Balboa...

Family stay between Christmas and New Years. Very quiet time on the Island, but still beautiful and serene. Well appointed cottage, and the only knock was trying to balance the 1 bath with Teenagers. But still fantastic, and kudos to Management Staff.

Balboa weekend getaway

We all loved staying in this beach cottage! Perfect location…so close to Bay Front Beach and the boardwalk. So many thoughtful amenities made our stay so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave! Very clean and excellent communication from the owner. Would love to stay here again!

Great place & location!

Perfect for our birthday getaway with friends. Very easy access from PCH and via the ferry to The Newport peninsula. Home was very clean and had everything we needed.

Great for families, great rental!!

We could not have been happier with this rental! The owner was so warm and welcoming, the attention to detail Four Seasons worthy and location the best!!! Our family looks forward to coming back again!!

This historical beach cottage was built in 1923 and retains the original board & batten walls and Douglas Fir wood floors. The cottage retains its original charm while having all of the luxuries of modern day living.
