Spektakulär havsutsikt på Beautiful Goose Rocks Beach i Kennebunkport, Maine.

Nyrenoverade oceanfront 3 sovrum, 2 1/2 badhus, 8 sovplatser.

Huset har renoverats under våren 2016. Den öppna konceptet vardagsrum och matplats kommer att få dig att känna som om du sitter på stranden. Det stora sovrummet har en drottning säng, en privat däck och oöverträffad panoramautsikt. Det andra sovrummet som rymmer 4 med en queen size-säng och två våningssängar har utsikt över havet. 3: e våningen svit med en dubbelsäng och badrum halv bad är en mysig komma undan med fantastisk fri utsikt.

Huset har kabel-tv, wifi och parkering för 4 + bilar. Brädspel, pussel, strandstolar och en uppblåsbar gummibåt finns för hyresgästanvändning. Det finns också en utomhusdusch med varmt vatten.

Ta några korta steg ut din ytterdörr och ner dina privata trappa till fantastiska Goose Rocks Beach. Med nästan 3 miles av sandstrand, det finns något att göra för alla! Promenera till klippöar framför huset vid lågvatten, vada i och hitta intressanta sjöliv i den varma tidvatten pooler vid mitten av tidvattnet och bada i vågorna vid högvatten. När dagen är klar somna till ljudet av vågorna och vakna till morgonsol glittrar från havet.

Slappna av och njuta av en kall drink i överdimensionerade solstolar medan matlagning hummer i det fullt utrustade kök eller biffar på grillen. Ät på däck vid solnedgången. Promenera på stranden till General Store eller besöka närliggande Kap tumlare och Kennebunkport för utmärkta restauranger, bra shopping eller en offshore äventyr. Love this home & location!

We loved our stay at this beautiful house on Goose Rocks Beach. Watching the sun rise, playing in the tidal pools, walking out to the “islands” at low tide, watching the seals playing every day… it was just perfect. Quick drive to Kennebunkport for strolling, dining & shopping. Close to Ogunquit for walking on the Marginal Way to Perkins Cove. The trolley museum, with rail biking, is close by and was so fun! Lydia was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall a wonderful stay with perfect weather for the beginning of October. We’ll be back!

Family tradition

We used the property primarily to sleep and shower as we were gathering at another home a short ride away. The mornings were beautiful though as were the evenings! Loved the beach.

Even better than advertised

We had a great stay on Goose Rocks bay. The property was very clean and comfortable with incredible views. The house came equipped with everything we needed. My wife and I wanted a relaxing new england gettaway after our daughter's wedding. Easy to get around and do all the things we wanted to. Eat lots of lobster w a few cocktails, shop in Kennebunk/port, take a jaunt to Freeport for more shopping...and do some boating out of south Portland. It was a great vacation. Lydia was easy to communicate with as well. Thanks to the Mason family for their hospitality.

Celebrating 60 years and an anniversary too!

This property is phenomenal! The views are spectacular and the house was so clean and very spacious. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in the quaint little town of Kennebunkport too. We enjoyed the full moon and the tides while there. Will definitely go back if we can.

Bucket List Trip

Lydia made it so very easy to rent her home. She answered all our questions and had wonderful information about the area. The house was extremely clean and tidy. The views from the house were amazing. The location of the house provided constant entertainment just watching the changes of the tide out back. We are able to check “Beach House in Maine” off our bucket list now, but would love to come back to Goose Rocks someday soon. Wonderful trip! Thank you Lydia and family!

Loved it!

We loved our stay at Goose Rocks Beach. The house and location were perfect and being able to walk right out to beach from the house was so nice. Loved exploring the tidal pools at low tide and visiting Kennebunkport. Ideal location between Portland and Ogunquit, allowing us to visit both. Lydia was very responsive to any questions and the whole experience was seamless. Will definitely plan a future visit!

Perfect Beach House

The whole experience was a success, from the first exchanges with Lydia to our last day on this magnificient beach. The house was very spotless, everything we needed was there, from the kitchen to the linens and towels to the beach chairs. The neighbourhood is quiet and calm, the beach is clean and is not crowded. Perfect Place for Some R and R

Absolutely Beautiful

I stayed here with my family of 6 in September of 2021 and it was absolutely wonderful. We fell in love with the house and the beach immediately upon entering. We have traveled all over the world and this quickly became one of our favorite big family vacations ever. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The views, and sunrises were amazing from all three floors of the house. We loved it so much that we decided to go ahead and book for next year while we were there!

Goose rocks beach

Had a great time. Gorgeous beach. Weather was perfect for fall. Colors changing on the trees. Beautiful. House was well equipped so that we were able to cook in every night without any problems.

Perfect location--ideal home

I've been coming to the GRB area for 40 years and this house is about as well located as you could have. It happens to sit right in front of the section of beach where the tide recedes the most at low tide. This makes for a unique beach walking spot and just adds a nice touch to a lovely home. A nice spot for sure.

Absolutely Incredible

This property is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and the rising sun makes waking up early worth it. We were staying here with our son who is 3 and our friends with their 3 year old and 8 month old. The three bedrooms were perfect for our group. They are spacious and clean. Having 2.5 baths made it easy for everyone to have their own space. You cannot beat the location. Being able to walk out the sliding doors and walk down the staircase to the beach was incredible both for us and our children. Only tip: bring extra bug spray, as the time we were visiting it was extremely buggy with mosquitos and flies, which is to be expected. Lydia was extremely quick to respond to all questions both before and after our visit, and very kind to us. Kennebunkport is amazing and very close with lots of restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for all reasons!

Awesome Beach House - Awesome Location

The house was clean and airy with plenty of room for the six of us! We found out from our daily walks on the beach that the location of our house was one of the best along our walk. No sinking sand and it wasn't as smelly as other parts of the beach were - blessings for sure! The kitchen is small, but we didn't cook much so it wasn't a problem for us. Loved the House!!

Fabulous getaway right on Goose Rocks Beach!

The house was immaculate and extremely comfortable with breathtaking views of the surf. It’s close to Kennebunkport and there are a lot of great restaurants nearby. The host was wonderful in terms of communication-very friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn’t have asked for more!
