Härlig strandstuga, totalrenoverad i maj 2017, i det populära eftertraktade stadsdelen Kill Devil Hills, MP 6. 5, för uthyrning, av ägare, i över 15 år. Söndag-söndagsuthyrning i JULI & AUGUST Rambler - inga trappor! Mycket ren, fullt utrustad, vackert dekorerad i "underbar" plats. Rymmer familjen 6-7. Hundar, måste ha uppdaterade vacciner,
$ 75. Husdjursavgift per husdjur för vistelsens längd.
Några minuters promenad till stranden. Steg bort från Avalon Fishing Pier och flera av lokalbefolkningen (och besökare) favoritrestauranger, barer, Awful Arthur's Beach Shop och K-Mart. Minuter kör till putt putt golf, biograf, bowling, Wright Memorial, ljudåtkomst, många restauranger, arkad, lejonklubbbingo, flera kläder / presentbutiker, livsmedelsbutiker
3 sovrum: 1 drottningssats, 1 dubbeluppsättning, 2 singlar, 1 förpackning och Play Sleeper för baby / småbarn. LR: Lädersoffa, kärleksstol, fåtölj. Gratis wifi. 27 tums platt-TV med kabel, Netfix. Matbordet har plats för sju-åtta tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Air / Heat. Kök fullt levererat: diskar, grytor, kastruller, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, mixer, kaffebryggare, crock pot etc.
Sovrum linne, badkar och kökshanddukar tillhandahålls. Behöver bara ta med dig själv, badsvit, badhandduk och stol!
Ett badrum inuti. Utomhusdusch med omklädningsrum. Utomhus däck med full storlek picknickbord, grill. Fyra trästolar .. Uppfart parkering för 4-5. Havsljud!

Quaint home minutes from the beach

It was super cute, great location. Had all the basics. It was my first Vrbo experience and I was very happy with it. My kids and dogs have some great memories now of the Outerbanks and the cute little old house we got to call home for a few nights.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay! Dog friendly! Close to beach but not the traffic! Lots of places in walking distance and bike riding distance. Cottage is cute and clean!

Convenient location to everything needed @ OBX

Comfortable cottage within a five minute walk to the beach and a few blocks off the KDH strip that has all the amenities for a nice beach get away. We enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again.

Its so quiet compared to where I live. Just the noise of the ocean. Quiet neighbors, and neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants. Im in the rental business myself, and I would rent here again.

Great location, cozy spot

Was as advertised. Owner was very prompt in fixing an issue with the AC. There were some issues with flies and bugs, but this was to be expected for a property in the OBX.

Sweet Vacation!

Sweet Dreams had everything we needed for a fabulous stay! Great location, comfortable accommodations, clean, well maintained and equipped. We definitely plan to come back next year! Added bonus was the supply of linens and towels. However, guests are expected to wash and dry before leaving!

Awesome

A cute cottage! We really enjoyed it, was a quiet neighborhood. Had everything you needed in the kitchen. Great beds. Would of preferred a bigger shower, but we made it! A short walk to the beach, and target was good for us, got exercise that way.

Sweet Dreams hit the spot.

We were looking for a place at the Outer Banks to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, which is July 4th. Sweet Dreams house was perfect. It was comfy and just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Good location and a good price.

Perfect OBX getaway

The Sweet Dreams house was perfect for our family of two adults and two teenage girls z the house had everything we needed. The best part was location! Walk to the beach, target, and dinner! Driving to either end of the OuterBanks was east from the house.

Everything we had hoped for

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The location honestly couldn’t be better. Super short walking distance to the beach, short walking distance to Target! Everything else is a short drive away! The house itself is very nice, very clean and all the amenities are there. We couldn’t have asked for more on our first trip to OBX.

Exactly as advertised!

Everything was exactly as advertised. Perfect size for me, my wife, 20 year old daughter, and 17 year old son. Fully stocked (utensils) kitchen was very nice, including coffee pot and toaster oven. The walk to the beach was listed at 5 minutes, and this was spot on. Great selection of restaurants in the area, as well. We had a wonderful stay!

Vacation

We were comfortable and the house was within walking distance to the beach. The inside shower is small, but the outdoor shower has plenty of room. Make sure you bring your own toilet paper and paper towels.

Fun weekend retreat

This was a perfectly located home for getting away for a long weekend and catching up with friends who own homes close by! We had everything we needed in the cottage, but probably would not stay for a week. Beds were not very comfortable (: Weather was perfect and we really had wonderful time!

Great Stay at Sweet Dreams

We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Dreams. It was a perfect size for the three of us. Beds were comfortable as were the couches in the living room. It was a lovely beach cottage. You couldn’t have picked a more perfect location to buy your house. The walk to the beach was so easy. And after a day at the beach, the outdoor shower was so useful and appreciated. The location was also close to some wonderful restaurants. We did have a problem using TV and accessing internet. At other places we’ve stayed in the past, owners had binders with info about using appliances throughout the house. That would be our only suggestion. We are so grateful that the house was available for our shorter stay.

Great Spot in KDH!

This is a great spot in KDH. Our family of five (3 teenagers...), fit great. We had a small hiccup on arrival but the host was very responsive and fixed it for us. The walk to the beach is just like its listed .. 4 minutes. This spot was so convenient to everything. The place was so clean.. Laundry and outdoor shower so great. The beach was not overcrowded at all. Would come back again!
