Vardagsrummet öppnar mot en balkong / däck med utsikt över två pooler med direkt havsutsikt. En nyinstallerad balkong takfläkt kommer att ge extra komfort på varma sommardagar. Köket är fullt utrustat och fyllt med allt du behöver för måltidspreparat. För att öppna villorutrymmet har vi bytt ut den lilla sovrumsdörren med en bred skjutfickör ... en mycket unik egenskap som inte erbjuds på de flesta Ocean Dunes-villorna. Vår är också den enda Ocean Dunes villa med en tvättmaskin / torktumlare på rummet. Sänglinne, handdukar, extra kuddar och filtar, plus en liten tillgång till toalettartiklar tillhandahålls också. Perfect Location!

Condo was in a great location on Hilton Head and close to many restaurants and shops. The condo itself could use some upgrades but for the price felt it was a good deal. We enjoyed our time on the island.

Hilton Head Beach Condo

This one bedroom condo is perfect for 2 people. It was very clean and well appointed. The location is superb....just steps to the beach and from the lanai you can see the pool but are not right on top of it. It is very well priced for its location and the complex is well maintained. It is an older complex and all units have wall air conditioner systems so you do hear them. Access to the outdoor hotel bar next door is a nice feature and under a mile walk or bike ride to great shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. Attached is the beautiful view from the lanai.

Relaxing getaway

Even though weather wasn't the best, Hilton Head is a nice town with some nature preserves, nice restaurants and friendly people. Would have liked to enjoy the beach but a little cool this trip. Beach is flat for walking and firm enough to ride bikes. Definitely recommend bringing bikes a lot of people riding bikes all over the island

Unexpected interuption

The property was clean. Unfortunately the owner forgot to tell their real estate agent it was occupied. My wife and I were unexpectedly interrupted to someone opening the door. That was the end of the vacation.

Really Nice Condo on Hilton Head Island

Exactly as advertised. Can't beat the location. Short walk to shopping and restaurants but away from the crowds and noise. Comfy bed, cold AC, well equipped kitchen. Bicycle rentals available right across the street.

A Great Experience

This condo was the cleanest and most updated that we have stayed in on Hilton Head Island. We love the location since it on the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants. Brian was really good to work with and we intend to stay here again.

Fall getaway

We liked the ease of this property. First floor was great with a gorgeous view and proximity to restaurants was super. Beach was lovely and so close- the pool was always clean. The bed was comfortable but the air conditioner was noisy. We loved exploring Hilton Head and Savannah.

Awesome Villa

Really great place to stay! Loved the direct ocean views! Appreciated all the extras in the condo. We had such a blast biking around Hilton Head and coming back to a beautiful condo that met all of our needs. Our romantic getaway was beyond perfect. Brian & Melissa were great to work with and incredibly accommodating! Definitely want to return sometime in the future. Thanks for a great place!

Disappointed

The on line description and most reviews were positive so we decided to stay here which is not where we usually stay on the island. As soon as you walk toward the building, a very stale and musty smell is apparent. Upon entering our condo, the damp and musty smell was terrible. It permeated into the furniture. We didn’t even unpack our clothes because the dressers smelled so bad. The pool area and the proximity to the beach is nice, but I would not recommend and will not be staying here again.

Overall good stay

Room could use a deep cleaning. Both ACs were struggling…pulled filter from both and found them loaded with dust. one in living room/kitchen has mold on it Grounds, pool area are well kept. Other Guests were very friendly We felt safe here

Short stay

Nice view from ground level porch. Air conditioning unit needs to be set low to work but then blows loudly. Pool was pleasantly warm. Beach walks nice from the unit. Bedroom could stand an update. Needs ceiling fan not chandelier. Needs new mattress. TV remote instructions needed. Owner was helpful and responsive after we reached him luckily.

Nice place close to the beach

The place was recently renovated, has new furniture, and was clean. It is very close to the beach and is on the first floor which was nice. The only thing keeping this review from being 5 star was that there were only two drinking glasses in the unit which meant that we were washing them everyday and was kind of annoying. If you have children, you may need to bring/buy some additional glasses or cups. That said, I would stay there again.

Hilton Head Getaway

Had a great time here. The unit is small but fine for a couple. Very tight bathroom. It’s location in the complex is close to pool (which was very warm thankfully, since our weather that week was on the cool side) and close to the path down to the beach. Balcony is oceanfront and sunny; perfect for reading and morning coffee. . Nice beach. Ocean Dunes is half-mile from Coligny Plaza. Live music and good food at outdoor seating at Bamboo Bar and Grill and lots of shopping and eateries. Not far from Harbour Town and Sea Pines for touristy stuff.

Summer 2021

We came with our 16 year old son and we had a great week! This was our second time staying in this villa. We stayed the summer of 2020 during covid too. Love the location to the beach and all the amenities of Hilton head. We rented bikes and it was an easy process and bike access is great. We even left our fire stick and remote and Brian offered to mail it back to us. Thank you!!😊

Outstanding location

Condo was clean. Location was amazing - just two minute walking distance from the beach! The bathroom was a little small. The AC couldn’t go below 68F, and it got hot inside the condo at night. Chairs and umbrellas were also provided for the beach, although some of them were broken and rusted. However, we couldn’t use the pool or hot tub because it required ID scan as opposed to a pin code which was provided in the listing.

A Really Good Place to Vacation!

The apartment was a good size for two people - with both the bedroom and the living room, you weren’t always in each other’s space all the time. Also, the small balcony outside was great to sit on, and there was a nice view of the ocean. The kitchen was a wee bit small, but manageable. I did miss a strainer and a lid for the skillet, but again, that was my personal preference, not necessarily something that was a big thing. The only thing we DID miss, was another light in the living room. The overhead light gave adequate light, but it was pretty - well, a bit stark. We took one of the lamps from the bedroom and put it on the far side, by the sofa. When lit, it gave off a welcoming, soft light - like a living room should have. Aside from the lamp, this was a great place to live while on vacation. It was clean, pretty central to shopping, bike rental and definitely the beach. It was a really good place to stay! :-)

Beautiful view!

Great view and location close to the beach, shopping, restaurants etc.. The unit was clean but I thought the light fixtures throughout could use a good dusting.I found the mattress to be a bit uncomfortable but that could be that I don't care for memory foam. Also to our surprise when we moved the coffee table to pull out sofa bed there was a thong underneath the coffee table! and another pair of underwear left in the washer! I suspect the cleaning person did not move the table when vacuuming or check the washer. The table is a farmhouse crate style that the wood went to the floor so you wouldn't see it unless you moved the table. I don't fault the owner's for that, but maybe a talk with the cleaning crew would be helpful. I would definitely stay here again, things do get missed on occasion. Other than that condo came with everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
