Point of Views - Deluxe New Home - Fall 2024
Just one mile from downtown Point Reyes Station, drive through the gate into your private sanctuary. This newly constructed home boasts an open floor plan with a spacious deck and expansive door windows, offering seamless indoor/outdoor living. Immerse yourself in the breathtaking views of Tomales Bay wetlands across to the Inverness Ridge. Surrounded by nature, you will enjoy a true sense of seclusion and tranquility.
The home is ideally tucked in a peaceful setting, yet you’re just a short walk from the heart of town (Point Reyes Station) where you can easily pick up groceries, explore local shops, or enjoy a meal out. The home features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, with two of the bedrooms offering en-suite bathrooms. This layout is designed for flexibility for our guests, comfortably accommodating up to 4 couples, or two families with kids, making it perfect for a shared getaway to explore the surrounding beaches, hikes, and incredible food.
We’ve designed the space to be simple and clean, allowing you to fully rest and enjoy your stay.

Guests have exclusive access to the house. Entry is down a long private driveway then through a solid electronic entry gate to the parking area. Very private and very secure.
Confirmed guests will be provided with self check-in instructions, including driveway gate code and keyless entry combo for the house.
We have someone available 7 days a week to respond if anything comes up, but otherwise we respect the privacy of our guests.
The owners do have a 2nd home (for their own occasional use) next door which also shares the parking area.
1. Confirmed guests will receive a local "Insider's Guide". We're a family business deeply connected to our community, and we hope you'll enjoy and respect this beautiful corner of the world while supporting our local economy sustainably. We love sharing it with our guests!
2. The home is professionally cleaned with eco-friendly products.
3. Commencing after sunset, the designated ”'quiet time” policy takes effect outdoors. As the home is situated within an exceptionally serene neighborhood, noise travels easily during nighttime hours. In consideration of our neighbors and the collective harmony of our home-sharing community, we kindly request adherence to this regulation. Please ask us for alternative accommodation if this does not work for you and we’d be happy to help find a place!
4. No chores for our guests! That’s what the cleaning fee is for, right? We have a fantastic team of housekeepers, some of whom have worked with us for over 10 years. We fully clean each home top to bottom, fully restocking all amenities, replacing worn-out items, and keeping things fresh and pleasant for our guests. We use top-notch cleaning products without annoying scents or chemicals, and our cleaners are paid living wages because they are the backbone of what we do and you’ll appreciate their attention to detail.
5. No pets are allowed at this stay. If you are looking for accommodations that allow pets, we can refer you to one of our other properties which welcomes dogs. Violation of either of these rules will incur a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
6. No additional guests without prior approval.
7. Guests will be responsible for any damages or charges incurred by them during their stay. Please alert us right away if something is broken or amiss.
8. We reserve the right to enforce charges via the Airbnb Resolutions Center for damages or unreasonable use of listing utilities. Abuse of house amenities may result in post-reservation charges equal to the value of costs incurred. By booking our listing, you agree to these terms and all other house rules.
