This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home sleeps 9 and offers a cozy living room, fully stocked kitchen, and a backyard with a patio (Permit #231439). Directly across the street from the Seascape Golf Course, and just a 10-minute walk or 5-minute drive to the beach. Nisene Marks State Park and Capitola Village are also nearby for endless outdoor fun and dining.
***Please note that this rental does not include access to the golf course. For golfing, please inquire with Seascape Golf Course

This is a very quiet, family neighborhood. It is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
