Välkommen hem till ditt verkställande strandhem! Om du gillar modernt, utsökt exklusivt boende är det här hemmet för dig. Och vad mer kan du begära men att njuta av allt på den här ena typ av strandfront. Detta hem erbjuder en täckt carport som enkelt passar 4 bilar. Om du har stannat på strandkörning vet du mycket väl hur svår parkering kan vara, särskilt på sommartiden, så att ha detta är ett måste !. När du går vid ytterdörren finns en välkomnande foajé och en bänk med förvaring för dina skor. På nästa våning uppåt hittar du det mycket stora öppna planlösningen. Det är det perfekta utrymmet för att underhålla eller bara njuta av tiden med familjen. Taket har nyligen gjorts igen och har en underbar återanvänd vit tvättfinish. Det finns ett mycket stort matbord av massivt trä med plats för 8 bekvämt och extra sittplats i baren precis utanför köket. Köket är kockens ultimata dröm! Den är fullt utrustad med bänkskivor i granit, apparater i rostfritt stål och en topp av rad 6-gasbrännare. I sittgruppen finns en stor platt-TV och en eldstad. Se en av Santa Cruzs berömda solnedgångar vid det runda bordet i frukostkroken. Härifrån finns däck med ett uteplats i full storlek med plats för 6 och en propan-grill. På sista våningen hittar du alla fyra sovrummen i full storlek. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, privat badrum och ett hörnsittområde med en papasanstol och det är en mycket egen privat balkong. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng med tropiska sängar. Det tredje sovrummet har en king size-säng, ett litet pittoreskt hörnskrivbord och mycket naturligt ljus från takfönstret. Det sista sovrummet har en våningssäng i Hollywood som är perfekt för barnen. Förutom alla de fantastiska funktioner som detta hem erbjuder, finns det en inbyggd tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Awesome Beach Home

My best friend’s family and ours have been going to Aptos for over 20 years. This home accommodated us nicely and has a great open floor plan where everyone can hang out together. They also have a cute back patio area, I just wish it was swept and that spider webs were removed. Definitely would consider staying here again!

Perfect for adult getaway

We came with 3 other couples. The bed situation is perfect, with two kings and two queens. Distance to the beach is ideal. Parking is tricky for large SUVs/trucks so we had to get creative but all around it is a beautiful property and we would definitely stay here again.

Only problem (not a complaint), we noticed bug wings in the master bedroom on the floor and window seals when we checked in. Seemed like the cleaning crew didn't do a great job there. Turns out later in the trip, there we live winged bugs in the same area and near the master closet. Something to look into

Another great stay at 339 Beach Drive

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this home. It's a little extra effort packing in and out but worth it to be above the street level where parked cars can block your view. This home has a great layout with huge, open living room, dinning room and kitchen. plenty of dinning seating, and great gas fireplace for cool evenings. I appreciate the solid core bedroom doors--helps cut down on noise if you want to go to bed before others do. Love the deck and the fact that the house has a back patio as well. The beds were firm but comfortable--except for the bottom mattress in the bunk bed. The edge of the full mattress was pretty broken down probably from people standing on it to make the top mattress. If you have early risers, put them in the bedroom with the skylight. My daughter said the drawers in the main bedroom had a bit of an unpleasant order to them that transferred to their clothing so they weren't able to use it. About the only other thing was the kitchen knives were pretty dull but I've found this to be typical of most other rentals. We usually bring our own or a knife sharpener.

Wonderful Stay!

Great location, big house, but not luxury by any means

Great location, large well laid out house, missing key amenities, not a luxury house, critical issue with workers coming into back yard unannounced and staying for the dayGood: Large deck with tables and chairs overlooking the ocean, large, well layed out house, fully stocked kitchen with gas BBQ. Large parking area Bad: Windows and screens were so filthy they ruined the view(huge dust balls when I used a sponge to clean all front and back windows and screens) Stained carpet and couches. TV remotes didn’t work (probably no batteries). No beach towels. No beach chairs. No boogie boards. Have to sign a separate contract as part of rental (not defined in listing). $450 for linens and cleaning. Smells a bit musty (but it’s been a wet year). Outdated bathroomsUgly: Creaky saggy beds. At 8am two workers showed up in back yard to work all day. Ruined our privacy. Reacted negatively when asked to keep voices down while kids were napping in the afternoon. Got an apology but that’s it.

Fabulous Easter Week

Our Easter Break was spent at the Beach. And this house was very clean and comfortably for all our family members. Kitchen is very spacious and plenty of counter space for all our goodies. We enjoyed BBQ'ing on the back Patio, and playing games and renting movies. We watched for Dolphins and whales. We were all quite happy with the sleeping arrangements. Tho I would suggest maybe sometime soon a new Mattress for the Second Room with a queen, or a topper mattress. Other than that we would for sure want to come back and make many more memories here. Do not rent from this owner

We rented this house and the owner stated that we damaged the hardwood floors, stained the carpet. He wanted to keep our deposit. I fought it because we did no such damage. He insisted that the hardwood floors were just refinished the week before, but there was no smell except musty smell. The mattress covers were dirty and filled with dust, and all the rugs in the bathrooms were soiled and had to be washed. It is a beautiful house, but beware!! Take pictures of every floor surface, or have someone walk through the property with you before and check off all spots or damage to house/furniture, and hope he doesn't try to rip you off!!
