The space
Perfectly Positioned—Just Minutes from Disneyland! Our spacious home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beauty sits on a large lot with a roomy front yard and a newly paved driveway, providing plenty of parking space. The backyard is a true oasis with a children’s play area and outdoor seating, ideal for quality time with family and friends. And with Disneyland just a short drive away, you’ll be able to easily experience all the magic and still retreat to a peaceful and private home at the end of the day.
Bed Arrangement (10 sleeping spaces):
-Bedroom No. 1: A master suite with a king-size bed and work desk
-Bedroom No. 2: 1 Full bed and 1 twin bed
-Bedroom No. 3: 1 Full over twin bed
-Living Room: One sofa bed
Kitchen & Dining Our kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully stocked with everything you’ll need to whip up delicious meals—utensils, dishes, baking trays, and more! After a day at Disneyland, gather around the cozy round dining table, which seats up to 6, and enjoy meals together.
Family-Friendly Fun We’ve got you covered for the little ones with a high chair, stroller, and pack 'n play available for your convenience. In addition, enjoy hours of fun and safety in the fenced backyard with our playground and corn hole game—perfect for some friendly competition with family or friends.
Large-screen smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom—perfect for winding down after a fun-filled day!
High-speed Wi-Fi so you can stay connected, stream your favorite shows, or work remotely if needed.

You’ll have full access to the entire home, with the exception of the linen closet. We put out extra sets for your convenience.

House Rules (Strictly Enforced):
Absolutely NO parties or events. Violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund, and law enforcement will be notified if necessary.
Quiet hours 9pm-7am per County Noise Control Ordinance. No loud music or excessive noise—please respect our neighbors and keep the noise level down in this peaceful neighborhood.
No smoking inside the house. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
No illegal drugs of any kind. Any evidence of drug use will lead to immediate cancellation of your stay.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property—no unapproved visitors or overnight guests.
Respect quiet hours 9pm-7am when check in late. Late check-out without prior approval may incur additional charges.
Pets are permitted with additional charges of $150/stay for up to 2 pets. Have to be potty trained. Have to be disclosed ahead of time. No pets in showers and tubs on bed/ furnitures.
We have 4 active recording cameras in the front door, side and back yard for your safety. No indoor cameras
Please take care of the property—any damage or excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
