Located in a secure, gated resort just minutes from the parks, you’ll also enjoy access to a lagoon-style pool, clubhouse, gym, and more—designed to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.

The Space:
As you enter the home, you’ll be welcomed by an open layout that brings everyone together—whether you’re cooking in the kitchen, relaxing in the living room, or heading out to the pool. With four bedrooms and two full baths, there’s space for everyone to settle in comfortably. Themed bedrooms add a playful touch for younger guests, while the primary suite offers a quiet escape with pool views and its own bathroom. Outside, your private screened pool is perfect for morning swims, mid-day lounging, or winding down after the parks. It’s a space made for real moments—easy, casual, and just right for your time away.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full access to the entire home, including the private screened pool, driveway parking, and in-unit laundry. From the moment you arrive, check-in is contactless, and everything you need will be provided through your Guest Portal.

As a guest of Terra Verde Resort, you’ll also enjoy access to the clubhouse, gym, sauna, lagoon-style pool, Tiki Bar, game room, sports courts, playground, and more—all included with your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the gated Terra Verde Resort, you’ll be staying in a quiet, well-kept community that feels tucked away but still keeps you close to everything. Just a short drive takes you to the Disney parks, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers. Whether you’re heading out for a day of adventure or winding down with a peaceful walk by the lake, you’ll find the area easy to navigate and convenient for your plans.

Getting Around:
You’ll want a car for getting around comfortably—most major attractions, restaurants, and shops are within a 10–20 minute drive. Disney Parks, grocery stores, and gas stations are all nearby, and you’ll have parking at the home and around the resort (25$ Fee per car applicable). Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also easy to use in the area if you’re not bringing your own vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
A signed house rules agreement is required before check-in. This step is mandatory to confirm your stay. After signing, you will be given the option to either pay a refundable security deposit or purchase a damage waiver.

If you are arriving with your own vehicle, the resort charges a one-time $25 fee per car. This fee is collected by Terra Verde Resort directly (not by us). Once paid, you’ll receive a white access card to enter the gated community throughout your stay.

If you are not bringing a vehicle, no parking fee is required.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Pets are not permitted.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 6 AM across the community.

Interaction with Guests:
We give you space to enjoy your stay, but we’re always available if you need anything. You’ll receive access instructions and all essential info through your Guest Portal before arrival.
