Take a break and unwind in this charming one bedroom located in a house right on the water on Commercial St’s bay side. This charming 2nd floor unit is located in the peaceful East End gallery district of Provincetown. The unit features a beach access, a small private deck, and a shared beach deck with lounge chairs. The sunrises & magic hours will mesmerize you! This is your perfect Ptown on the water getaway. There are other units available in this house. See property IDs below below. Please note the floors of this unit are a bit sloped & you are above an art gallery.

The unit is located on the 2nd floor of a charming house on the water which has seen the likes of playwrights Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, actress Demi Moore and novelist Ayn Rand. The unit is not directly on the water but is in a house that is on the waterfront. The house features multiple units which can also be rented if you need more space for your group. The unit has a bedroom with a queen size bed & window AC, a living room with a coffee table with pull out desk to work on a laptop, a small private deck, a bathroom with bathtub & shower, and a kitchen. Note that the unit has some sloping floors. In the summer, turn on the AC if needed. In the off season, the heat thermostat control lets you make the unit nice & warm. You may hear some traffic in the daytime as you are on Commercial St. You will enjoy watching the water views from the shared beach deck or from the beach!

Excellence from the moment we arrived. Alain was very personable and accommodating. Property is very inviting, clean, quiet and relaxing. Everything we needed was available in our Unit. I had a wonderful experience here after staying a full week! The location couldn't be better: walking distance to everything in Ptown, and nestled in a relatively quiet area on the East side of town by all the art galleries. The property is also directly on the water, making it super easy to go for a walk or swim. The space itself was clean, comfortable and coastal chic. Highly recommend!

The house is situated on the bay side of the popular, pedestrian and bike friendly Commercial St, yet away from the busy & fun downtown (5mins away by foot). The neighborhood is quiet with many art galleries around. You will enjoy blissful views of sunrises and magic hours over the bay. This is your P'town on the water getaway!

This house has seen the likes of playwrights Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, actress Demi Moore and novelist Ayn Rand. The house features multiple units which can also be rented if you need more space for your group. You will enjoy the gorgeous views of the water during magic hour while sipping a drink inside or on the deck!
