Location was great! Elevators still run pretty slow and the other was out of order almost every other day. Bathroom could use a good deep clean and re chalked. Overall we’d stay there again because of the location. Bed was firm for those who like to know how the bed sleeps.

Great for a quick getaway

Perfect for a quick, winter beach weekend trip to with my wife. Great location, close to shopping and food, great beach access, incredible balcony beach view. Will stay here again soon.

Incredible location!

We were very please with our stay and the facilities. Most of our time was spent on the beach, but everything was conducive to a great experience. Would stay again without hesitation.

Quick trip, good trip

We needed a room that was beachfront for the weekend. This was exactly what we needed. It was clean and efficient for two days in Gulf Shores. We will definitely book again!

It's obviously a hotel. The check in process needs to be simplified. The property was adequate but not outstanding. The staff I encountered was not warm and friendly.

Loved the location-on the beach!!

Property was fine; just loud - it sounded like unit above us was moving furniture day & night - in reality, we believe it was just opening and closing the deck door (I hope ours didn’t make that much noise for those before us). I wish unit would keep some essentials stocked (salt & pepper, coffee filters, dish soap).

Other than the property being a bit dated, the view more than made up for it. We enjoyed sitting the the condo, seeing/hearing the waves crash. We would recommend more security measures on site. It appeared that anyone could walk on and gain access. Thank you!

Checking in was smooth, but upon going in room I felt it wasn’t cleaned well at all, the floors were dirty, the tub looked as it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Not very impressed.

Just ok

This rental was just ok. Location and view were great. Patio furniture was not very comfortable. Shower did not drain so we used the plunger and that was a huge mistake. It was disgusting. Bed was ok. Living room furniture was ok. The TV was frustrating but I’ve found the Roku TVs are all frustrating as far as watching “regular TV” Convenience to the beach was great!

The location and everything about the place is really excellent..My only comment is that the furnishings are dated and could use a good update. Everything else was just excellent. The staff was top notch also. I will definitely stay again.

Check in was easy, the room was clean and the view was amazing. The only bad thing was the elevator, sometimes the wait time was 5 to 10 minutes. I was on the third floor so i took the stairs several times.

Weekend Getaway

This place was very convenient to get to, and it was just what we needed for the weekend. Clean and cozy. Having the balcony on the beachside is what sold us.

We booked at vacation during that time frame specifically to watch the Superbowl, since we don't get TV at home.I only learned at game time that I needed a ROKU PIN to view it. The person at the front desk's response to my inquiry was "I don't know, I don't watch football."

Great location

Loved being on a lower floor and so close to the beach. This was a super last minute trip for fall break - my husband had a golf tournament, so she and i headed to the beach. I felt very safe traveling alone with her. My only complaint was that the sheets were a little scratchy as were the towels, but nothing a girls trip to target couldn't fix. We can't wait to come back next year!

Our condo was just as pictured and super clean! Great location, the staff was friendly and attentive, check in and out was a breeze. My only issue is the very slow elevators, otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. Will stay again
